★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli kartu perdana barusan. Dan pas saya sampai rumah trs buka segel kartu ternyata ga ada. Pegawainya bersikeras bahwa kartu yg saya beli itu jatuh. Terus gunanya lem perekat pada kartu buat apa kalo bisa jatuh?? Lewat mana bisa jatuh?? Disitu jelas² kartu perdana nya masih tersegel dengan lem perekatnya bukan dengan solasi. Dan pegawai bilang ada solasi. Kalopun ada solasinya pasti ada bekas lengket disitu, dan ini pun gaada. Semua pegawai gamau tanggung jawab. Saya geledah tas saya berkali² pun memang gaada kartunya. Jelas saya buka segel depan orang tua saya dan orang tua saya liat sendiri bahwa itu tersegel rapi dan ga ada kartu sama sekali. Tolong tanggung jawabnya

Then what is the use of the adhesive glue on the card if it can fall off?? Where can it fall? It was clear that the starter pack was still sealed with the adhesive glue, not the tape. And the employee said there was a solution. Even if there is solasi there, there must be a sticky mark there, and this is not there. All employees do not want responsibility. I searched my bag many times and there was no card. Obviously I opened the front seal of my parents and my parents saw for themselves that it was sealed neatly and there was no card at all. Please take responsibility
