★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahannya memang kecil hanya terdapat sekitar kurang lebih 15 rumah, dari depan komplek sampai ujung komplek tidak ada jalan lain (jalan buntu) jadi jalan masuk dan keluar sama, terdapat lapangan atau jalan yang lumayan luas, jalannya juga sudah diaspal, terdapat saung di belakang komplek, suasana komplek ini cenderung sepi dan tidak ramai (terdapat sedikit anak kecil), sangat dekat dengan jalan raya dan McD Bojong sari, didepan komplek ini tepat ada Indomaret dan ada banyak kios di samping dari gapura komplek
