★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kolam renang permata htm Rp 20.000, menurut saya tidak sesuai dengan kolam yg sederhana sekali, krn fasilitas buat anak-anak tidak memadai beda dengan kolam renang fishing Valey dengan htm yg sama dengan fasilitas yang lengkap dan kolam yg banyak, semoga kedepan agar menjadi perhatian untuk pengembang, tapi untuk fasilitas htm free untuk penghuni PBR sih oke aja
Htm gem pool Rp 20,000, in my opinion is not in accordance with a very simple pool, because the facilities for children are inadequate different from the Valey fishing pool with the same htm with complete facilities and lots of pools, hopefully in the future to be a concern for developers, but for htm free facilities for PBR residents it's okay

There has been a pretty convenient overhaul, for those who live in gems. Only for adult size there is no internal size, for children "recommended ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praktis deket dari rumah, tapi yg bikin agak kesel tuh jam buka kolam nya karna suka-suka penjaga nya (pernah nunggu lama rame-rame brg org lain juga, trs tanya satpam katanya tutup, terus gue & bbrp yg lain nya masi duduk-duduk diteras, yg lain nya udah pada pulang, eh tau-tau penjaga nya dtg dong trs dibuka tuh kolam ?) seneng sih jd berenang tapi kan harus nya sesuai jadwal jam nya dong, kesian org yg udh pada ngongkos. Kadang kolam nya juga butek, sekali nya dikuras pas kita mau berenang alhasil gagal renang :(
Practically close to home, but what makes me a little annoyed is the opening hours of the pool because the guards like it (I've waited a long time for other people too, then asked the security guard he said it was closed, then me & a few others were still sitting around On the terrace, the others have gone home, uh, you know, the guards came, then the pool was opened ) I'm happy to be swimming, but it has to be according to the schedule, it's a shame for the people who are already paying. Sometimes the pool is too bad, once it's drained when we want to swim as a result, swimming fails :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lebih tepat dibilang kubangan air, karena tidak ada pompa perputaran air. Nilai plus hanya karena dekat dan gratis bagi penghuni (info sebelum pandemic)
It is more accurate to say a puddle, because there is no water pump. Plus value is only because it is close and free for residents (info before the pandemic)
