★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manajemen kolam renang terutama petugas ticketing menyiksa pengunjung. Sistem antre sangat tidak profesional. Dikasih saran sm pengunjung malah galakan dia, terutama satu ibu2 yg ga mau bgt terima saran orang, pegawai yg lain aja dia marahin, pdhl pegawai itu punya ide yg lbh CERDAS. Pengunjung yg mgkn pendidikanya ga lbh tinggi dr dia aja paham kl sistem antre kaya td itu salah. Coba deh studi banding ke kolam renang sebelah, pengunjung jauh lbh banyak tp ga antre berjam2 di pintu masuk kaya di kinasih. Seperti tdk berpendidikan gitu manajemenya :(
