★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massage was good. The massage room has a relaxing atmosphere and the chair was very comfy. The place itself lacks of other facilities such as locker room, shower, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. Honestly I'd give this a 4.5, but since I can't, I rounded it up to 5 for the chair alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ going out for a refreshingly massage during pandemic times is surely a question of is it safe or not before the question of how good is the massage. fortunately, Kokuo delivers both equally well. the health and hygiene procedure they placed during covid times ensures that the visitor wellbeing is kept. i'd also happy to confirm that the massaseur is very professional and great experience felt during my visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So expensive for me (IDR 285.000 for 90 minutes) and the massage just ok (6.5 of 10), this might be only my therapist who wasn't skill enough in my opinion, maybe other therapists are good, I don't know. This is my first time to have massage here and maybe my last time as well since many other places offer cheaper and better massage.

The place itself is very clean and sanitized, they have aromatherapy diffusers and relaxing music that definitely enhanced your massage experience. All the staffs i met been very friendly and helpful, they tour the services very well. I tried both the regular and VIP one, i would say just take the regular one, since theres no different in the services, except in VIP your room would have a giant screen for you to watch movies, which doesnt really add up for me, because it would just distract me from the massage experience. They have both male and female therapist, all of them are skills and talented, dont hesitate to request for female/male therapist to suit your liking. Overall i visited several Kokuo branches, but in bintaro its one of the best branch for me.

You can get much better massage for cheaper at other places. I'm not going to throw my money again here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for relaxation... the therapist are truly professionals, with good massage technique, and we can request to concentrate a bit more on certain area (neck or shoulder or calves, etc.) ... and they provide a great health protocols.
I've tried the vip room and the athletic massage.
Vip room is non-oil massage, with wide screen upfront, so we can enjoy reflexology while watching movies in a "Premiere" setup, so very relaxing.
Athletic massage is the choice if you want a treatment on your muacle problems such as stiffness, muscle sprains, or you just want to enjoy more on the massage.
Both are great and worth to try.
The location is also convenient, no difficulties for parking space, and located on the main road in strategic area.
