The only menu that i always order is Jasmine Green tea with Konjac Jelly, less sugar and less ice.
it is located on the 1st floor nearby the lobby entrance and right beside the escalator.
The price is $$.
Most of the time is always order by Food delivery cause i just cannot stand the queue. It takes so long to get my tea.
But since the taste i effin’ good, i still give ‘em 5 stars for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a once in a while nice splurge. Their brown sugar fresh milk is recommended, with less sugar this is a perfect taste for me.
Tried the coffee macchiato, way too milky, can only taste the coffee for the first two sips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koi The is located on the ground floor, Sunter Mall. Here's my experience about my very first time buying a cup of drink at Koi The Sunter.
I ordered a medium cup of Green Milk Tea with 25% of sugar and no ice to the cashier and made a payment. I didn't realize that I paid for a medium cup of Bubble Green Milk Tea. When they have prepared my drink and called my number, I came to the barista and he gave me the drink. I spontaneously said that I didn't order the "bubble" then the cashier came to me to appologize because he inputed the wrong menu, he asked the other barista to make the new one, and he gave me back IDR4,000 (because I paid more expensive than it should be). What a professional service! Keep it up!

The male cashier did the transaction (contact with cash), and he also the one that made the drink. The problem was he didn't wash his hands properly or with soap.
He only rinse his finger (barely his hand) with little water. With the current situation / the pandemic, please please please be considerate and follow the health SOP!
