β β β β β Please be more focus to train the intern or employee. First time ever see KOI staff skip to deliver your drink for 2-3mnts because they see another staff phone just to laugh or see memes (maybe). Customer queue and just see what them do. Stupid act.

β β β β β This is the slowest service of KOI I have ever experienced. There are 5 people at the back exclude cashier and there is one male that eat cake while he was working. Those 2 Girls even having good time to chit chat while there are people lining up. They are diff than many other KOI store. Disappointed.It takes 5 min to completed one drink

β β β β β My refreshment and number 1 drink shop that i love so much.
The only menu that i always order is Jasmine Green tea with Konjac Jelly, less sugar and less ice.
The price is $$.
Well i just cannot stand the queue. And too many food delivery guys that always wait there. Sucks.
I hope they have the Large size cup.

β’ Then I choose Koi Cafe Macchiato, Medium Size, and the price is only 35,000 idr (wow)
β’ The price is a lot cheaper than famous coffee store (start with S) , around 23,000 cheaper
β’ The taste is also good, its actually like cappuccino taste but with additional milk on top ..
β’ If you like strong coffee (like americano) , you may not choose this one since the coffee taste is not really strong
β’ The opportunity is more on the seats in the store, I count there are only 5 tables available ? There should be more tables and seats for people to enjoy The drinks βΊοΈ
β’ The coffee store is in UG floor near Bata

β β β β β Koi ThΓ© (cafe) is one of my favorite cafes always, I order medium golden bubble milk tea, real taste of sweet milk tea and really cool my throat by swallowing golden bubbles?? and I drink it until the last drop ?
Koi Cafe always have a long queue here but their products is very worth the queue. Staffs were very helpful and friendly too.
