★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kejadian, laundry 9.5kg dibalikin 5.5kg ada 4kg baju yang hilang dengan jumlah lebih dari 20pcs. Sedang ditelusuri kemana hilangnya dan akan kami update review berdasarkan perkembangan kasus ini. Mohon pelanggan yang lain agar lebih hati hati untuk tetap mencatat baju apa saja yang di laundry dan berapa jumlahnya. Pergantian yang disampaikan kemungkinam maksimal hanya 3x harga cuci.
Update:
Sudah dilakukan mediasi dengan owner, terduga pelaku adalah pelanggan yang bernama Adelia (berdasarkan CCTV) dan juga human error dari karyawannya yang telah dipecat yang salah memberikan laundy saya ke Adelia.
Ada pergantian kompensasi kehilangan sebesar 1.000.000 namun kami tetap menunggu itikad baik pelaku karena kami lebih suka barang kami kembali agar kami bisa menggembalikan uang tersebut ke owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ya khusus nya si mbanya tuh jutek, dan judes banget. Ga ada ramah2 sekali. Tolong diperbaiki tuh karyawan yang kaya begitu. Yang ada pelanggan pada kabur. Gosok nya juga kurang rapih. Asal-asalan aja digosok ya. Sama wanginya tuh cuma formalitas doang . Ya biasa aja wanginya ga semerbak.
