★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah beberapa kali mencuci setrika disini, tidak ada keluhan sebelumnya, namun terakhir kali saya pakai jasa koala laundry, celana saya kena bekas strikaan dan cuman diganti 20% dari total harga celana, saya tidak suka dengan sistem ganti ruginya seharusnya minimal dia mengganti 50% dari harga celana saya, tetapi koala tidak mau, dia mengatakan dia tidak membuat celana saya kena strikaan, sudah ada sebelumnya, padahal sebelum saya membawa celana ini, saya memakainya ke kantor dan tidak ada bekas setrikaaan, karena saya juga tidak bisa membuktikan dan koala juga tidak bisa membuktikan perkataannya, seharusnya diambil jalan tengah untuk menyenangkan kedua belah pihak, tetapi koala tidak mau. Celana saya tidak mahal dan tidak bermerk seperti yang koala bilang tetapi yang saya minta sebenarnya hanya itikat baik dan win win solution yang baik dari koala, tetapi koala tidak provide itu. Saya kecewa dengan pelayanannya dan pernyataan dari si pemilik bahwa kalau celana kena setrikaan ya dipakai saja, toh cuman kena setrikaan. Tidak semua customer berpikiran sama dengan si pemilik, saya salah satu yang tidak suka memakai baju ada bekas setrikaan dan saya rasa hampir seratus persen customer berpikiran sama dengan saya. Siapa yang mau pakai baju ada bekas setrikaan?? Mungkin pemilik koala saja. Saran saya, seharusnya pemilik jasa laundy dimanapun jika memang ingin membuka jasa laundry sudah memikirkan kasus jika ada baju yang rusak karena setrikaan ataupun mesin cuci dari si pemilik laundry, ada pasal yang mengatur ganti rugi karena kesalahan tersebut. Kalaupun memang cuman 20% ganti rugi, tertulis di term and condition sehingga customer tidak kaget pada waktu ada baju mereka yang rusak dan si pemilik hanya bisa ganti rugi 20%. Saya cukup kecewa dengan koala yang juga tidak memikirkan customernys. Seperti yang koala bilang, dia lebih percaya karyawannya daripada customernya. Saya baru tahu ada hal ini. Tidak ada salahnya mempercayai karyawan, tetapi customer juga harus didengarkan karena kalian menjual jasa, dan customer lah yang memakai jasa kalian. Terima Kasih

My pants are not expensive and do not have a brand like the koala said but what I ask for is just a good bond and a good win win solution from the koala, but koala does not provide it. I was disappointed with the service and the statement from the owner that if the pants were hit by iron, it would only be ironed. Not all customers think the same as the owner, I am one who doesn't like to wear clothes, there are used iron and I think almost one hundred percent of customers think the same as me. Who wants to wear clothes with iron marks ?? Maybe the owner of the koala. My advice, should the owner of the laundy service anywhere if you really want to open a laundry service already thinking about the case if there are clothes that are damaged due to iron or washing machine from the owner of the laundry, there is an article that regulates compensation due to the error. Even if it is only 20% compensation, it is written in terms and conditions so that customers are not surprised when their clothes are damaged and the owner can only compensate 20%. I was quite disappointed with the koala who also didn't think about customernys. As the koala said, he trusted his employees more than his customers. I just found out about this. There is no harm in trusting employees, but customers must also be heard because you sell services, and the customer is using your services. Thank you
