β β β β β Saya pasien baru, langsung di layani dgn ramah. Petugas nya baik2 dan helpful. Harganya juga normal kaya di RS Swasta lainnya.
I am a new patient, immediately served with a friendly. The staff is nice and helpful. The price is also normal like in other private hospitals.

Harga pemeriksaan muahal karena cuma mau konsultasi mata aja disuruh periksa RETINOMETRI Rp.263.000 kalau bikinnkacamata...periksa ginian padahal gratis..lalu ada pemeriksaan foto FUNDUS OPTOS seharga Rp. 268.000, biaya konsul dokter Rp.320.000 dan juga dicharge biaya pemeriksaan awal Rp 250.000 dan biaya administrasi Rp. 125.000
Total biaya Rp. 1.226.000 ..
Padahal cuma mau konsul dokter aja..abis dah gaji hamba seperempat bulan...

The price of the examination is expensive because I just want an eye consultation and I was told to check RETINOMETRY Rp.263,000 if you make glasses...check this even though it's free..then there is a FUNDUS OPTOS photo examination for Rp. 268,000, the doctor's consul fee is Rp. 320,000 and is also charged an initial examination fee of Rp. 250,000 and an administrative fee of Rp. 125,000
Total cost Rp. 1,226,000..
Even though I just want to consult a doctor... after a quarter of a month's salary...

β β β β β Ampun... baru kali ini ke RS hanya untuk registrasi menunggu sampe 30menit dan harus bolakbalik tanya apa belum dipanggil, selesai registrasi pun akhirnya dokternya sudah tidak terima pasien. Ganti dokter, screening mata, dan tes baca pun menunggu lebih dari 30menit. Kantin pun tutup.
Sorry... this is the first time I've been to the hospital just to register, I waited for 30 minutes and had to go back and forth asking if I hadn't been called, after registering, the doctor finally didn't accept the patient. Changing doctors, eye screening, and reading tests were waiting for more than 30 minutes. The canteen is closed.

β β β β β Datang berobat untuk anak saya yg mata kanannya bengkak ke lt. 4, dilayani untuk registrasi pertama kali, dikasih nomer antrian untuk periksa mata penglihatan jauh. Kemudian disuruh ke lantai 3 tempat konsul dokter, nunggu dokter periksa pasien lama sekali tiap pasien. Disediakan minuman dan nescafe mesin di ruang tunggu.
Masuk ke ruang dokter, anak saya diperiksa dengan alat sambil dokter memegang mata kanan yang sakit, anak saya menangis trus mundur, dokter cuman terus duduk menyender tidak ada usaha sama sekali untuk merayu anak saya, dan ini terjadi 2x selama pemeriksaan tersebut. Menurut penglihatan saya di layar monitor blom tampak apa2 trus dokter langsung balik duduk ke mejanya sambil bilang kalo itu infeksi bakterial, akan diberikan antibiotik, salep dan obat alergi. Mata kiri yang tidak sakit tidak diperiksa sama sekali!
Pembayaran di kasir sekalian nebus obat.
- Pemakaian fasilitas rawat jalan 84rb --> mungkin ini karena mereka menyediakan mesin kopi nescafe :-)
- Biaya administrasi 130rb
- Visus kasar (pemeriksaan penglihatan di lt.4) 140rb
- Dokter mata 336rb
Harga obat standard aja.
Kapok, saya tidak akan balik lagi ke sini dan tidak akan merekomendasikan RS ini ke orang lain karena:
1. Dokter tidak profesional, di RS spesialis macam ini harapan saya adalah mereka akan memeriksa lebih detail dan itu tidak terjadi. Saya cukup sering ke RS khusus THT dengan keluhan di telinga kiri namun sewaktu pemeriksaan oleh dokter telinga kanan, tenggorokan dan 2 lubang hidung juga diperiksa!
2. Dokter tidak bisa menghadapi anak kecil (umur 7 tahun), tidak ada usaha untuk membujuk waktu anak menangis selama pemeriksaan
3. Baru kali ini ke rumah sakit biaya admin dll lebih besar daripada biaya dokter
Akhirnya, antibiotik tidak saya berikan ke anak karena saya merasa ragu dengan diagnosa yang seadanya tanpa melihat lebih jelas kelopak mata anak saya, hanya salep dan obat alergi saja yang saya berikan.
Sekali lagi, kapok!
Come for treatment for my son whose right eye is swollen to lt. 4, served for the first time registration, given a queue number to check the eyes of distant vision. Then they were told to go to the 3rd floor where the doctor's consul was, waiting for the doctor to examine the patient for a long time for each patient. Drinks and a nescafe machine are provided in the waiting room.
Entering the doctor's office, my child was examined with an instrument while the doctor was holding his sick right eye, my son cried and backed away, the doctor just kept sitting and leaned back, there was no attempt at all to seduce my son, and this happened 2 times during the examination. According to my vision, nothing was visible on the monitor screen, then the doctor immediately sat back on his desk and said that if it was a bacterial infection, antibiotics, ointments and allergy medications would be given. The left eye that didn't hurt was not examined at all!
Payment at the cashier as well as redeem drugs.
- Use of outpatient facilities 84rb --> maybe this is because they provide a nescafe coffee machine :-)
- Administration fee 130rb
- Gross vision (vision check on the 4th floor) 140k
- Ophthalmologist 336k
Just standard drug prices.
Kapok, I will not come back here again and will not recommend this hospital to others because:
1. Unprofessional doctors, in this kind of specialist hospital my hope is that they will examine in more detail and that didn't happen. I go to the ENT special hospital quite often with complaints in my left ear but during an examination by the doctor, my right ear, throat and 2 nostrils were also examined!
2. The doctor can't deal with small children (7 years old), no effort to persuade when the child cries during the examination
3. This is the first time to go to the hospital, the admin fees, etc., are bigger than the doctor's fees
In the end, I did not give antibiotics to my child because I had doubts about the improvised diagnosis without seeing my child's eyelids more clearly, only ointment and allergy medicine that I gave.
Once again, give up!

β β β β β A little bit expensive, hanya minta cek minus mata untuk ganti kacamata tapi juga ada pemeriksaan foto retina seharga 200rban. Selain itu pengecekannya harus ganti tempat 4x, jadi antri sampai berkali2 juga walau antri sambil duduk tapi tidak cocok untuk yg buru2. Di dinding tempat tunggu lantai 3 terpajang sertifikasi dokter2nya yg rata2 dr pendidikan luar negeri. Tempatnya nyaman sekali, sofa empuk, ruangan dingin, toilet bersih, ada minuman dan snack gratis. Pelayanan ramah sekali tapi untuk kembali, i will find another place.
A little bit expensive, just ask for a minus eye check to change glasses but there is also a retina photo examination for 200 thousand. Besides that, the check has to change places 4 times, so the queue is up to many times even though the queue while sitting is not suitable for those who are in a hurry. On the wall of the waiting area on the 3rd floor, the doctor's certifications are displayed, mostly from overseas education. The place is very comfortable, the sofa is soft, the room is cold, the toilet is clean, there are free drinks and snacks. Very friendly service but to return, I will find another place.

β β β β β really really bad services. they let 2 impatience patient cut the line and acted like its a normal thing. Asked the staffs to do something, but are afraid to do anything about. cost me a good 30 mins in queue. so sad and dissapointing.

β β β β β Ludicrously expensive. Extremely slow service. Doctors seem capable however they are let down by receptionists who seem to prefer playing with their phones than doing work. Have waited for more than an hour and there are only three other patients here. Find somewhere else
