★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan not good, melayani dengan cara yang tidak sopan, nada bicaranya ketus, dan pasang wajah jutek, pdahal cuman minta surat rujukan doang, ingat bos klinik anda tidak akan berjalan kalo tidak ada pasien/costumer, harapannya bisa di training yang jaga bagian administrasi, dalam hal attitude, dan cara melayani pasien dengan baik, terimakasih.
The service is not good, serving in an impolite way, the tone of voice is curt, and the face is dirty, even though you only ask for a referral letter, remember your clinic boss will not run if there are no patients/customers, hopefully you can get training in charge of the administration, in terms of attitude, and how to serve patients well, thank you.
