★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya sangat tidak tidak profesional dan arogan, dan terlihat sekali saat menangani pasien kurang mampu. Tidak ada penjelasan apapun tentang diagnosis, hanya memeriksa dan langsung memberikan resep. Saat saya tanyapun tidak diberikan penjelasan sama sekali. Pengalaman sudah dua kali, fix saya pindah fasilitas.
The doctor is very unprofessional and arrogant, and is very visible when dealing with underprivileged patients. There is no explanation whatsoever about the diagnosis, just check and immediately give a prescription. When I asked, no explanation was given at all. Experience has been twice, fix I moved facilities.

Sejauh ini pelayanan yg kami dapat cukup baik.Perawat juga ramah
Hanya mau kasih saran untuk fasilitas kamar mandi mohon di benahi. Untuk pasien/pengunjung yang berbadan besar.. kami agak kesulitan kalo mau ke kamar mandi. Sempit?
Semoga kedepan lebih baik lagi

Just want to give advice for bathroom facilities, please fix it. For patients/visitors who are large... we had a bit of trouble going to the bathroom. Narrow
Hopefully the future will be better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya sangat arogan, saat periksa krn sakit dan saya minta surat ijin dokter dia mlh bilang "nnt hbs mnum obt juga sembuh gak ush ijin" pdhl sya bner2 gk kuat, sprt tdk prcy klo sakit.
The doctor is very arrogant, when I checked because I was sick and I asked for a doctor's permission he still said "later HBs taking medicine also heals, no need to let me" even though I'm really not strong, like I don't feel like when I'm sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lumayan oke, perawat cukup ramah. Cuma bnyak fasilitas yg harus dibenahi. Tempat tidur buat gerak bunyi kreot2. Kamar mandi sempit dan sangat kumuh sekali
The service is pretty good, the nurses are quite friendly. There are only many facilities that need to be improved. The bed makes a creot of sound. The bathroom is cramped and very rundown

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah beberapa kali nganter pasien untuk berobat di klinik ini. Melayani berbagai permasalahan kesehatan yang didukung peralatan yang lumayan lengkap. Bisa BPJS pula.
Perawatnya ramah-ramah, pelayanan juga bagus dan cekatan dalam menangani pasien.
I have taken patients to this clinic several times for treatment. Serving various health problems supported by fairly complete equipment. It can be BPJS too.
The nurses are friendly, the service is also good and agile in dealing with patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located close to the main street and their staff are helpful. When a lot of patient, their service would be slow.
Cleanliness? I would say, so-so. Just improve the cleaning service staff and it would be fine. Parking space is good, but sometimes its not neat. Especially the parking for staff, its cover the washing space for customer.
They are open 24hours.
