Satisfactory service, friendly nurses and administrative staff. The cost here is also affordable compared to other clinics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dr tenaga medis maupun cs nya selalu kurang ramah.bekerja sekadarnya.betul setiap usaha pasti mencari untung,tapi alangkah baiknya apabila seorang customer datang dan bertanya hanya mengenai prosedur dan prokes covid dijawab dengan untung rugi adalah sangat tidak etis!dan dikala disediakan kotak saran dan permisi bertanya untuk memberikan saran dijawab sedang tidak bisa digunakan sama saja bohong.
The services of the medical and cs personnel are always unfriendly. They work just fine. It's true that every business is looking for profit, but it would be nice if a customer came and asked only about the procedures and the covid process, being answered with profit and loss is very unethical! And when a suggestion box is provided and excuse me asking to give advice, being answered can't be used is the same as lying.

Unfriendly service via voice telephone as if there is no intention to speak in a sluggish and unenthusiastic tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Recommended. Sayangnya sekarang hari libur udah ga buka lagi. Swab Antigennya cepat banget. 15 menit sudah jadi. Staf Ramah, Pelayanan cepat dan Profesional. Fasilitas klinik lengkap. Bahkan ada Rontgennya..Yuk cusss kesini aja untuk yang butuh PCR atau Anti gen bahkan Genose.
Highly recommended. Unfortunately, it's no longer open on holidays. The antigen swab is very fast. 15 minutes done. Friendly staff, fast and professional service. Complete clinical facilities. There's even an X-ray.. Let's just come here for those who need PCR or Anti gene and even Genose.
