★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berdasarkan pengalaman saya, pelayanan tidak prima. Perawat tidak tahu data pasien yang baru saja masuk. Banyak perawat yang duduk berkumpul sambil main hp depan pintu. Fasilitas tidak lengkap, terutama untuk masalah kronis seperti asam lambung hanya menggunakan obat, infus dan kasur tidur biasa, tidak ada alat pendukung yang lebih mendukung untuk pertolongan pertama. Jika fasilitas kurang menunjang, seharusnya dari klinik bisa langsung merujuknya ke rumah sakit yang memiliki fasilitas lebih lengkap. Perlu diperhatikan juga tata letak kamar pasien rawat inap karena cenderung gelap dan tidak ada pembatas dengan tirai antara kasur pasien dengan pasien lainnya. Biaya administrasinya mahal banget. Saran saja, perlu diperhatikan lagi, cara memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada customer karena ini menyangkut nyawa manusia. Terima kasih

Facilities are not complete, especially for chronic problems such as stomach acid using only drugs, infusions and ordinary sleeping mattresses, there are no more supporting tools for first aid. If the facilities are not supportive, the clinic should be able to directly refer him to a hospital that has more complete facilities. It is also necessary to pay attention to the layout of inpatient rooms because they tend to be dark and there are no barriers with curtains between the patient's bed and other patients.
