ga recomended banget ..klinik 24 jam tutup layanan jam 8.. saya Dateng jam 8;15gabsa huuuh mending ganti faskes aja..
not really recommended.. 24 hour clinic closes service at 8.

Klinik sudah bersih dan rapih pelayanan nya juga baik Tetapi sayang jam oprasianal nya tidak sesuai yg tertera di depan klinik tertulis 24jam kemudian waktu sy datank sy bertanya kepada petuga nya di rubah menjadi buka jam 09.00pagi sampai 21.00malam Dan pada kenyata an nya sy datank jam 20.15 kata petugas nya sudah tutup,,, Tolong di PERJELAS JAM OPRASIONAL NYA,,
The clinic is clean and tidy, the service is also good But unfortunately the operating hours do not match what is listed in front of the clinic, it is written 24 hours later when I came I asked the staff to change it to open at 09.00 am to 21.00 pm And in fact, I came at 20.15 the officer said it was closed... Najis gue berobat disini? Ceritay baru san sing ini jam 12.15, krn kerja kantoran dan kl ijin keluar ribet dijam kerja ,ceritanya w mo berobat di jam istirahat. Pas datang kondisi sepi tanpa pasien 1 pun,pas sy panggil2 "permisi " sy mo berobat,terus perawaty bilang ga bisa pak krn alasay lg jam istirahat juga,setau w klinik tetap melayani pasien wlpn jam istirahat,jd tetap dibagi mn yg senggang,ini tetap ga bisa melayani pdhl sepi.terus pertanyaanya seandaiy pasieny gawat,tetap harus nunggu kaliann selesai jam istirahat gt ...,???? . Anehy pas sy bca ulasanya blm nulis ini,giiiran yg bagus 2 di jawab,tp giliran komplen ga intropeksi diri,ga dijawab sama sekali.

When I arrived the condition was quiet without even 1 patient, when I called "excuse me" I wanted to go for treatment, then the nurse said I couldn't, sir, because it's time for rest too, as long as the clinic continues to serve patients when it's time to rest, so it's still divided between those who are free, this still can't serve even though it's quiet. Then the question is if the patient is in serious condition, you still have to wait for you guys to finish your break, gt...??? . It's weird, when I read the reviews, I haven't written this yet, 2 good choices are answered, but it's my turn to complain and not introspect, I don't answer at all.

Drg yg msh muda baik bgt, teliti bgt & sabar, sll tuntas. Dr Moldy makasih ya, pasien urgent segera ditangani meski dgn sgala kterbatasan kami. Input aja buat management yg mgk tdk ada breafing ketika jam operasional kerja, hrs ada leader utk front staf spt security. Krn ketika reception blm dtg .merekalah yg mjd informan. Terutama bpk security yg tua ya, dlm memberi informasi dan dlm berbahasa krg bagus, lbh informatif mas cleaning servisnya malah, selain bpk itu sih udh bagus & ramah semuanya.
Drg who is still young is very kind, very thorough & patient, all finished. Dr. Moldy, thank you, urgent patients are treated immediately even with all our limitations. Just input for management who may not have briefings during working operating hours, there must be a leader for front staff such as security. Because when the reception hasn't arrived, they are the informants. Especially the old Mr security, yes, in providing information and in speaking the language is not good, the cleaning service is more informative, sir, apart from that Mr. everything is good & friendly.

Petugas yang bagian Swab Antigen, Yaitu perempuan berperawakan kecil, berbadan kecil dan pendek.. luar biasa JUDES dan tidak ramah. Saya sempat dibentak sama petugas perempuan itu. Saya Test Swab antigen bayar dan TIDAK GRATIS. Dalam melaksanakan tugas haruslah ramah, mbak! Bukannya malah judes apalagi sampai membentak!! LUAR BIASA ???? . Jika ingin memberitahu, maka beritahu yang baik, bukannya malah membentak. Badan anda kecil mbak, saya tandain anda mbak ...anda telah membentak dan judes banget kepada saya.
The officer in charge of the Antigen Swab, that is, a woman of small stature, small and short.. is incredibly JUDES and unfriendly. I was yelled at by the female officer. I paid antigen Swab Test and it's NOT FREE. In carrying out the task must be friendly, sis! Not even bitchy let alone to yell!! AMAZING . If you want to tell, then tell the good, not even yelling. Selamat pagi pak Deddy. Saya Anggi Anggraeni. Saya pasien BPJS DI TSC. tadi pagi jam 8 kurang saya mengantri untuk ke poli gigi. Bagian pendaftaran ibu ayu melayani 1orang. Saya mengantri dibelakangnya. Tetapi si bidan Winda malah menerima orang yg datang dan antri dibelakang saya. Saya sudah menegur. Tpi diabaikan oleh si bidan Winda. Mohon diperbaiki lagi pelayanan. Jangan si bidan tensi,,ikut ikut dipendaftaran. Saya Anggi Anggraeni dengan no.rm TSC 2409. Jika pelayanan masih berantakan,saya siap mengadukan ke BPJS. Terima kasih
Good morning Mr. Deddy. I am Anggi Anggraeni. I am a BPJS patient at TSC. this morning at 8 o'clock I was queuing to go to the dental clinic. The registration section for Ibu Ayu serves 1 person. I lined up behind him. But the midwife Winda accepted people who came and queued behind me. I have been reprimanded. But the midwife Winda ignored it. Please improve the service again. Over all layanan klinik ini sudah sangat bagus, mohon maaf hanya karena satu dokter yang mengecewakan sehingga saya kasih bintang tiga. Pengalaman mengecewakan dengan dokter yg satu ini yaitu; dr. Maysarwati. Pasalnya saya bawa anak berobat, anak lagi panas demam dan kondisinya lemah. Anak saya malah tidak diperiksa setidaknya dicek pake stetoskop itupun tidak. Cuma ditanya2 saja keluhan dan langsung mau dibikinkan resep/pengantar cek lab. Pas saya bilang bibirnya kering baru dia periksa ambil senter itupun tetap dia tidak menyentuh sedikitpun anak saya dan tidak beranjak dr kursi duduknya. Dia senter mulut anak sy dari balik pembatas transparan yg ada di atas meja dokter,mana bisa kelihatan. Sedih banget, berharap anak bisa berobat dan diperiksa dicek dilihat dipegang langsung apa yang sakit. Ini boro2 diperiksa disentuh sedikitpun tidak. Sy memaklumi masa pandemi, namun kalau dokternya tahu Prokes dan SOP kedokteran dalam tindakan pasien umumΒ  sy yakin tidak seperti yg dilakukan dokter yg satu ini. Karena sy juga pernah bawa anak berobat dengan dokter2 yg lain di tempat ini dan masih diwaktu pandemi juga, namun dokter2 yang lain tetap melakukan tindakan yg baik, memeriksa pasien langsung (menyentuh pasien) kemudian setelah itu dokternya langsung cuci tangannya dengan prokes yang baik. SARAN: kalau mau berobat jangan ke dr. Maysarwati, pasien tidak disentuh dan kurang ramah. Dokter yg bagus, ramah, penjelasan detail, dan profesional di klinik ini menurut pengalaman saya : dr. Risandi dan dr. Moudy.
Over all the services of this clinic are very good, I'm sorry it was only because one doctor was disappointing so I gave three stars. Disappointing experience with this one doctor, namely; dr. Maysarwati. The reason is that I brought the child for treatment, the child is still hot and has a fever and his condition is weak. My child was not even checked, at least checked with a stethoscope and not even then. Just asked for complaints and immediately wanted to make a recipe/introduction for lab checks. When I said his lips were dry, he checked and took a flashlight and even then he didn't touch my child at all and didn't move from his chair. He flashed my son's mouth from behind the transparent barrier on the doctor's table, where you can see it. It's really sad, I hope that the child can be treated and checked and checked to see what is sick. It's boro2 checked, not touched at all. I understand the pandemic period, but if the doctor knows the medical procedures and SOPs for general patient actions, I'm sure it won't be like what this doctor did. Because I have also taken my child for treatment with other doctors in this place and it was still during the pandemic, but the other doctors continued to take good actions, examining the patient directly (touching the patient) then after that the doctor immediately washed his hands with good procedures. SUGGESTION: if you want treatment, don't go to dr. Maysarwati, the patient is not touched and is not friendly. A good, friendly, detailed, and professional doctor at this clinic according to my experience : dr. Risandi and dr. Moody.
