Kalo bisa saya kasih bintang 0 saya kasih bintang nol. Saya merupakan korban curanmor ketika saya periksa di sini saat klinik sedang tidak ramai pasien. Sebagai sesama tenaga kesehatan saya sangat kecewa dan menyesal periksa di sini. Pegawai di klinik ini tidak ingin membantu sama sekali ketika saya menjadi korban kejahatan curanmor bahkan ketika saya meminjam kabel telepon untuk menelpon polisi pun tidak diijinkan oleh owner untuk sekedar laporan. Benar benar jahat, pelayannya juga judes. Sebagai seorang apoteker dan pasien saya menyarankan untuk berobat di tempat lain, sudah mahal ditambah pelayanannya buruk. Jika saya menjadi orang jahat, maka saya harap semua orang yg bekerja di situ kena karma-nya...

As a fellow health worker I was very disappointed and sorry check here. Employees at this clinic did not want to help at all when I became a victim of a motorbike crime even when I borrowed a telephone cable to call the police, it was not permitted by the owner to just report. Really bad, the waiter is also bitchy. As a pharmacist and patient I advise to seek treatment elsewhere, it is expensive plus the service is bad. If I become a bad person, then I hope that everyone who works there has been hit by the karma ...

Suami saya pasien baru disini, suami saya direcomendasikan oleh sepupu saya untuk kesini. Dari segi bangunan dan petunjuk arah di dalam klinik bagus, overall untuk pelayanan pendaftaran disini suami saya dilayani dengan baik, pada saat cek tensi dan menimbang dilayani dengan baik juga, tetapi pada saat diperiksa dokter suami saya tidak dilayani dengan baik. Saya kesini membayar pakai umum yah bukan pakai BPJS. Disini saat mungkin sedang naas aja mendapatkan dokter pengganti , atas nama dr. Srimulyani yg memiliki atitude yg sangat tidak mencerminkan diri dia sebagai dokter. Dokter tidak ada kontak mata langsung terhadap suami saya, suami saya disuruh berbaring ditempat tidur dengan nada tidak enak, ketika dipriksa menggunakan stetoskop hanya sekali ditempelin didada suami saya (tidak ada basa basi tanya jawab seputar apa yg dikeluhkan), dan ketika suami saya minta surat dokter (memberikan surat dokernya secara tidak sopan). Pas saya ingin membayar ke kasir, saya bertanya pada petugas kasirnya, ternyata kata petugasnya itu dokter pengganti dan dari kemarin banyak yg komplein. Mohon untuk Dokter SRIMULYANI tolong bebenah diri terhadap atitude nya, sangat tidak mencerminkan dirinya sebagai seorang dokter. Dan untuk klinik Tlajung mohon agar tidak memakai jasa dokter SRIMULYANI lagi.

I came here to pay for public use, well, not using BPJS. Here when it might be unlucky just get a replacement doctor, on behalf of Dr. Srimulyani who has an atitude that does not reflect himself as a doctor. The doctor did not have direct eye contact with my husband, my husband was told to lie in bed in an unpleasant tone, when tested using a stethoscope only once stuck on my husband's chest (there were no pleasantries of questions and answers about what was complained), and when my husband asked for a letter doctor (giving his doctoral letter disrespectfully). When I wanted to pay the cashier, I asked the cashier, apparently the officer said it was a substitute doctor and from yesterday many complained. Beg for Doctor SRIMULYANI, please correct yourself at his atitude, very much not reflecting himself as a doctor. And for the Tlajung clinic, please do not use the services of SRIMULYANI doctors anymore.

Pelayanannya jelek, saya anak kesehatan juga jadi saya tau ttg penyakit yg saya derita, ketika saya bilang keluhan saya mereka malah ketawa? Terkesan melebih-lebihkan mungkin dianggapnya, padahal itu yang saya rasakan, ketika sampai di dokternya, dokternya ga banyak omong, bukannya menyarankan gaya hidup sehat malah terkesan menyalahkan, saya bilang siang dan terimakasih juga tidak dijawab, pas saya minta surat sakit mukanya ga enak banget, saya bayar pakai umum, kalau buat cuman beli obat saya juga bisa ke apotek atau warung, ga usah ke klinik, tolong diperbaiki attitudenya, pasien itu manusia bukan objek.

Dokter laki2 yg praktek hari selasa tgl 07 September 2021 jam 18.00 sangat tidak mencerminkan diri sebagai dokter. Banyak bicara tetapi bkn mengenai kesehatan pasien..ketika minta surat keterangan sakit seperti enggan memberikan dan mengatakan banyak karyawan penipu. Menyepelekan peserta bpjs kelas 3. Sy peserta bpjs kelas 1 merasa tersinggung juga mendengar ucapan beliau. Tolong untuk klinik tlajung, kl bisa merekrut dokter yg memang bnr2 berdedikasi untuk menjadi dokter. Dokter bkn hanya d tuntut pandai tp juga punya hati dan kasih untuk membantu sesama.

Disappointed BANGET. Pernah dateng ke klinik nanya jadwal drg adanya jam 4 sore, Pas dateng jam 5 dokter masih belum ada.. Buat apa diinfo jadwal dokter gigi jam 4 tapi baru adanya habis maghrib. Buang-buang waktu, duit, sama tenaga di jalan! Bagian administrasi gak tanggap ngasih infonya juga aseeeemmm emang.
VERY disappointed. I've been to the clinic asking for the schedule at 4 pm, when I arrived at 5 the doctor was still not there.. Why was the dentist informed of the dentist's schedule at 4 but it was only after sunset. Waste of time, money and energy on the road! The administration department is not responsive to giving the information, it's aeeeemmm.
