Ga ada konsultasi, hanya tindakan tapi dikenakan biaya konsultasi dan tindakan. Tarif juga terlampau mahal, lebih mahal konsultasi dari pada tindakan. Tidak merasa sakit, hanya mau membersihkan telinga, diwajibkan beli obat juga. Intinya jangan datang ke klinik ini, sangat sangat tidak merekomendasikan
There is no consultation, only action but a consultation and action fee is charged. Tariffs are also too expensive, consultation is more expensive than action. Don't feel sick, just want to clean your ears, you are required to buy medicine too. The point is, don't come to this clinic, don't really recommend it

mantap, bayar 400rb, ngambil benda asing di kuping selang beberapa hari ternyata ngambilnya ga bersih, keren banget deh pelayanannya

Pertama kali nya kesini, rencana mau berobat telinga berdua sama adik ipar, awalnya adik ipar masuk duluan.. hal yang buat saya gak nyaman: 1. antri gak jelas, banyak yg komplain . karena ada sistem online & offline, tidak berdasarkan nama atau nomor. karena banyak lansia, ketika yg online duluan, malah yg offline gak terima. 2.kenapa saya akhirnya jadi berobat walau banyak yg review mahal? karena terpampang di dinding kaca tarif biaya berobat. tertera jelas biaya 200rb (konsul doank!?) tapi ternyata tiba2 begitu di kasir, biaya jadi 300rb, ini seenaknya banget gak sesuai tarif. pas ditanya katanya karena ada tindakan. Yaa Allah tindakan sama konsul mahalan konsul. walhasil total konsul + tindakan Rp. 300rb. ini terkesan menjebak. mungkin semua tindakan bakalan kena charge konsul nih! 3. kalian tau? 300ribu BELUM SAMA OBAT. alias obat harus bayar lagi 30ribu. wajar kah? saya pernah berobat ke dokter THT di kota lain Rp. 150rb sudah termasuk konsul, tindakan & obat. ini apa? 4. metode pembersihan hanya sebatas semprot air berkali2. bukan vacuum (sedot kotoran) . sangat tidak sepadan dg biaya nya. 5. terkesan tidak professional. mulai dr pendaftaran, alur masuk pasien, antrian tidak sistematis & tertata rapi. bahkan petugas didepannya bapak2 yg keliatan gak pengalaman sama sekali! 6. ada suara 'ngiiiiing' disini.. annoying banget. orang dateng kesini jd ngrasa kupingnya bermasalah. FYI, Dokternya sudah sepuh ya.. ngomongnya juga gak jelas terdengar, ditambah pake masker. semoga pihak terkait bisa membenahi keluhan diatas. wajar wajar dan sangat wajar banyak yg kasih rating jelek. cukup sekali seumur hidup kesini.
It's the first time here, the plan is to have ear treatment with my sister-in-law, at first my sister-in-law came in first.. things that make me uncomfortable: 1. the queue is not clear, many complain. because there is an online & offline system, not by name or number. because there are a lot of elderly people, when they go online first, even the offline ones don't accept it. 2. Why did I end up getting treatment even though many reviews were expensive? because plastered on the glass wall the cost of treatment. it is clearly stated that the cost is 200 thousand (consul only!?) but it turns out that as soon as it is at the cashier, the cost becomes 300 thousand, this really doesn't match the tariff. when asked he said because there was action. Ya Allah, the action of the consul is expensive, the consul. As a result, the total consul + action is Rp. 300rb. this seems to trap. maybe all actions will be charged by the consul! 3. you know? 300 thousand NOT THE SAME DRUG. alias medicine must pay another 30 thousand. is it fair? I once went to an ENT doctor in another city for Rp. 150k including consul, action & medicine. What is this? 4. The cleaning method is limited to spraying water repeatedly. not a vacuum (suction dirt) . not really worth the cost. 5. impressed unprofessional. starting from registration, patient entry flow, queues are not systematic & neatly arranged. even the officers in front of him, who didn't look experienced at all! 6. There is a 'ngiiiiing' sound here... really annoying. people come here so they feel their ears are problematic. FYI, the doctor is already old. I hope the parties concerned can fix the above complaints. reasonable, reasonable and very reasonable, many give a bad rating. once in a lifetime here.
