★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada nenek2 tua yang assess anak sama ditambah satu cece2 cina yang menerima kami. Anak kami tidak dipegang sama sekali, keduanya tidak menunjukkan ketertarikan atau kesabaran sedikit pun, tidak memperkenalkan diri, terus menanyakan pertanyaan2 yang tidak relevan dan sangat stoic tipikal pertanyaan dari wikipedia. Yang nenek2 tua keluar masuk wora wiri gak sabar sekali. Yang muda juga nggak tertarik blas sama anak saya. Berdua berbicara diantara mereka berdua dengan istilah2 yang tidak dijelaskan kepada kami. Nenek2 tuanya terus memotong salah satu anggota keluarga kami ketika berbicara dan sepertinya sudah memiliki image tertentu di kepalanya..yang rupanya salah sama sekali dan tidak meminta maaf sama sekali ketika diketahui kesalahannya.
Padahal saya datang dengan rekomendasi dokter anak dari RS Premier, harapan kami besar ketika bawa anak kami ke Pela 9. Namun rupanya mungkin dua orang tadi sudah terlalu banyak bergaul dengan orang2 yang pintar sehingga apalah kami yang tidak tahu apa2 ini dianggapnya sepele saja. Atau mereka berdua passion nya sudah tidak untuk menangani anak2 yang terganggu tumbuh kembangnya dan bergeser ke money making being. Might as well close your practice maams. And start doing desk works. Your humanity senses died a long time ago it seems.
 There were old grandmothers who assessed the same children plus one Chinese cece2 who accepted us. Our son was not held at all, neither showed the slightest interest or patience, did not introduce themselves, kept asking irrelevant and very stoic questions typical of wikipedia questions. The old grandmothers in and out of Wora Wiri can't wait. The young ones are also not interested in being outspoken with my child. The two of them spoke between the two of them in terms that were not explained to us. His old grandmothers kept cutting off one of our family members while talking and seemed to have a certain image in his head...which was apparently completely wrong and didn't apologize at all when he found out his mistake.
Even though I came with a pediatrician's recommendation from Premier Hospital, we had high hopes when we brought our child to Pela 9. But it seems that maybe the two people have been hanging out with smart people too much so that we who don't know anything are considered trivial. Or, both of them have lost their passion for dealing with children whose growth and development have been disrupted and have shifted to money making being. Might as well close your practice maams. And start doing desk works. Your humanity senses died a long time ago it seems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Input utk Pela 9 Klinik: kami menunggu lebih dari 3 jam dengan membawa 2 bayi. Seharusnya pasien datang diatur sesuai janji waktu karena waktu tunggu untuk anak-anak sangat melelahkan untuk mereka.
Ruang bermain anak juga beraroma tidak enak dan bau keringat telapak kaki.
Di papan berjejer nama dokter dan psikolog banyak sekali tetapi ternyata hanya 1 dokter yg praktek dan tidak ada pilihan sehingga kami harus menunggu sangat lama.
Pada akhirnya karena toddler kami sudah lelah menunggu, dan bosan bermain sehingga pada waktu konsultasi dengan dokter sudah tidak optimal lagi.

Input for Pela 9 Clinic: we waited more than 3 hours to bring 2 babies. Patients should be arranged according to the appointment time because the waiting time for children is very tiring for them.
The children's playroom also smells bad and smells of sweaty feet.
On the board lined up the names of doctors and psychologists a lot but apparently only 1 doctor practiced and there was no choice so we had to wait very long.
In the end because our toddler was tired of waiting, and bored playing so that when consulting with a doctor was no longer optimal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak saya terapi hampir 1 tahun di sini belum ada perkembangan yang berarti. Tempat cukup bersih tapi ada brp x abis pulang dr sini anak saya flu batuk. Tempat terapinya kacanya ditutup, kok sptnya tidak transparan ya? Boleh masukan tolong bisa dibuka spy kt bs lihat anaknya dr jauh ketika diterapi.
Ini gurunya gonta ganti tergantung jadwal sehingga gurunya tidak ada sense of belonging dgn perkembangN anak. Tolong bu dibantu supaya ada jadwal yg konsistrn utk 1 guru apakah itu bt atau terapi sensorik..
Masukan juga kalau bisa notenya dikirim lewat email atau digital jadi bisa sebagai catatan kita. Tolong diperbaiki lg servicenya bu...
My son has been in therapy for almost 1 year here and there has been no significant development. The place is quite clean but there are how many x after coming home from here my child has a cold cough. The therapy area is closed, how come it's not transparent, right? Can you input, please can you open the spy so you can see your child from afar while being treated.
This teacher changes depending on the schedule so that the teacher does not have a sense of belonging to the child's development. Please help ma'am so that there is a consistent schedule for 1 teacher, whether it's BT or sensory therapy..
Also, if possible, the notes will be sent via email or digitally so they can be used as our notes. Please improve the service, ma'am...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat strategis, gampang dicari dan parkiran luas. Kita kesini karna dirujuk oleh dokter syaraf di RSPI jadi kita coba terapi disini.
Pertama dateng, terapis tanpa babibu langsung melatih anakku tanpa ada pemanasan terdahulu.
Menurutku terapis sudah berpengalaman dlm melatih anakku, tapi sangat disayangkan kurang komunikasi dan perhatian ke anak kecil.
Setelah jam terapi selesai ku kira ada sedikit pelemasan seperti dipijit2 dahulu tapi ternyata tidak. Catatan kecil pun tidak diberikan. So sad.
Nilai plusnya setelah kita terapi tim mereka langsung cepat membersihkan dan mendisinfektan ruangan.
Strategic place, easy to find and ample parking. We came here because we were referred by a neurologist at RSPI, so we tried therapy here.
The first time I came, the therapist without Babibu directly trained my child without any pre-warming.
I think the therapist has experience in training my child, but it's a shame the lack of communication and attention to young children.
After the therapy hours were over, I thought there was a little bit of relaxation like the first massage, but it wasn't. Not even a small note was given. So sad.
The plus point is that after our team therapy, they immediately cleaned and disinfected the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang terapinya banyak dengan para terapis yang beragam terapinya. Perlu cek jadwal dahulu sesuai kebutuhan terapi buat anak. Ruang parkirnya memang cukup luas tapi terkadang kardna banyak klien di waktu waktu tertentu misal Kamis jadi sangat padat, untuk Bapak parkirnya jago.. hi..hi..
There are many therapy rooms with therapists with various therapies. Need to check the schedule in advance according to the needs of therapy for children. The parking space is indeed quite spacious but sometimes because there are many clients at certain times, for example on Thursdays, it becomes very crowded, for you to park well.. hi..hi..
