★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orang tua saya datang mau berobat disuruh daftar online tidak dijelaskan dan diarahkan dengan jelas, itu orang tua WOOII harusnya dibantu dengan jelas kalo perlu dibantu isikan pelayanan tidak memuaskan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak professional, nomor antrian di lewati saja padahal antrian awal. Dokter juga datengnya telat sampai 1 jam dan tidak pemberitahuan dri pihak klinik
Unprofessional, just skip the queue number even though the queue is early. The doctor also came late for 1 hour and didn't notify the clinic

Sedikit mau sharing berobat di Klinik Sejahtera , menurutku pribadi sih kalau untuk Dokter Umum (Tunai) Masya Allah banget pelayanan mulai dari receptionist, Dokter (dokter ter best cuma dr. Wahyudin), sampai pengambilan obatnya ramah luar biasa .
Tapi kebetulan BPJS ku juga terdaftar disini , pernah beberapa kali berobat dsini pakai BPJS dan memang dari awal pendaftaran orangnya nya super jutek banget hiiiks, ga nyangka banget sih ada perbedaan gitu , padahal sama sama bayar tapi beda ajah cara bayarnya. Waktu itu aku berobat anakku , lagi demam tinggi , dokter yang harusnya udah dateng jam 7 malam ternyata dokter dateng jam 8 malem info dari suster dokter ada halangan , ya allah kenapa harus begini banget kalo pake BPJS. kesimpulannya sih "Tidak rekomendasi bgt Dokter Umum kalau pakai BPJS" fix aku ga pernag gunain BPJS ku lagi untuk berobat dsini .
Tapi .. tapi.. sekarang lagi hamil , dan aku mau coba pake BPJS dsini dong. eh bener2 ga nyangka banget , aku ketemu Bidan yang super lembut, ramah dan detail gitu jelasinnya, aku disaranin juga untuk beli vitamin yang ga cover BPJS , aku sih gpp yang penting baik untuk bayiku hehe . Bidan Dyah namanya.. pelayanan ibu hamil ternyata nga seburuk yang aku pikir , jadi nagih sih kontrol hamil dsini sama Bidan Dyah.

I want to share a little treatment at the Prosperous Clinic, in my personal opinion, for General Doctors (Cash) Masya Allah, the service starts from the receptionist, the doctor (the best doctor is only dr. Wahyudin), until the taking of the medicine is incredibly friendly.
But coincidentally my BPJS is also registered here, I have used BPJS several times for treatment here and indeed from the beginning the registration was super jutek, I didn't really think there was a difference, even though the payment is the same but the way to pay is different. At that time I was taking my son's treatment, he had a high fever, the doctor who should have arrived at 7 pm turned out to be a doctor who came at 8 pm, the information from the doctor's nurse had an obstacle, oh God, why does it have to be like this when using BPJS. The conclusion is "It's not really a recommendation for General Practitioners if you use BPJS" it's fixed, I never use my BPJS again for treatment here.
But.. but.. now I'm pregnant, and I want to try using BPJS here, please. I really didn't expect it, I met a midwife who was super gentle, friendly and detailed, he explained, I was also advised to buy vitamins that don't cover BPJS, I don't think it's important that it's good for my baby hehe. Midwife Dyah's name is... the service for pregnant women is not as bad as I thought.

Pas dateng ke klinik katanya dr husna lagi di luar kota kalo mau nanti yang jm 21:00 ke dokter lain tapi dokternya lagi oprasi katanya ?
Kalo gak bisa praktek dokternya jangan di buka pendaftaranya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time antigen ke sini dan sistemnya kurang maju (?) Jadi kudu nunggu hasilnya di pendaftaran ngga kaya klinik lain yg bisa kirim hasilnya lewat WA ataupun email. Smoga bisa lbh baik
First time the antigen was here and the system was not advanced (?) So you have to wait for the results to register, not like other clinics that can send the results via WA or email. May it be better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini mau daftar ol ga dpt2 gimana ya??? Padahal baru jam 00.36 udh habis antrian nya ? Harus isi jam brp gtu? Mau pake BPJS aj ribedd bgt,,,padahal juga bayar woyy...mending kaya dulu antri no langsung. Mau periksa gigi aja jd ditunda2 terus cuma gara2 ga dpt2 nomer antrian ol nya hadehhh.
I want to register, I can't find it, how can I??? Even though it was only 00:36 the queue was finished? What time do you have to fill in? If you want to use BPJS, it's really complicated,,, even though you also pay woyy... it's better if you queue up for a direct number. I just want to check my teeth, so it's been postponed, just because I can't get the queue number, haha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman terburuk dalam pelayanan FO. Udh daftar sebelum dokter datang dan bertanya kapan sampainya. Singkat cerita sdh dilokasi ketika dokter datang. Kemudian konfimasi nomor saya diurutan kelima berapa orang lagi? Dijawab dua orang. Ok saya tggu. Setelah dua orang berlalu dengan seenak jidatnya orang baru dtg dikasi masuk (saya curiga yg berobat bapaknya kali jd diduluin atau mertuanya) tapi g gtu juga. Profesional lah saya juga bayar!!!! Perihal orang itu keluarga atau bkn ga bs seenaknya nyelak. Pihak managemen silahkan cek CCTV kejadiannya. Saya menunggu 30 menit lebih diselak orang baru dtg.
Jawab : Saya ke dokter umum tanpa pakai fasilitas BPJS (ASKES) saya yg udh pndahkan ternyata tanpa BPJS aja mengecewakan. Klinik sejahtera memang terkenal sejak dulu karena saingannya cuma annisa skrg udh bertambah ardita, bakti husada yang jaraknya g jauh dr sejahtera. Yakin saya akan banyak yg seperti saya akhirnya pindah ke klinik lain. Sebagai informasi saya ke ardita tadi dan ada 5 antrian ga pake bertele2 FO nya becanda ama rekan kerja saat melayani dalam waktu 30 menit selesai dari cek ambil sampel darah dan saya beneran sakit Tipes.
Worst experience in FO service. Already registered before the doctor came and asked when it would arrive. Long story short, I was at the location when the doctor came. Then confirm my number in fifth, how many more people? Two people answered. Ok I wait. After two people passed, a new person came in and was given a call (I suspect that the father or mother-in-law was treated for treatment first) but that's not the case. Professional is I also pay!!!! Whether that person is family or not, you can't just spit it out. The management please check the CCTV of the incident. I waited more than 30 minutes for a new person to arrive.
Answer: I went to a general practitioner without using my BPJS (ASKES) facility which I had moved, it turned out that without BPJS it was disappointing. The Prosperous Clinic has been famous for a long time because its only competitor, Annisa, is now Ardita, a dedicated Husada that is not far from Prosperous. I'm sure there will be many like me eventually moving to another clinic. For information, I went to Ardita earlier and there were 5 queues that didn't use long lines. The FO was joking with my co-workers while serving within 30 minutes of the blood sample check and I was really sick with typhoid.
