★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo bisa kasih bintang setengah udah saya kasih bintang setengah. Beberapa kali kecewa dengan pelayanan disini. Waktu itu pernah sakit demam pilek batuk sampe ga kuat kekantor. Terus ke klinik ini berobat dokternya cewe waktu itu sy berobat tgl 23 januari 2020 lupa siapa nama dokternya dan minta surat sakit tapi tidak dikasih jawaban dokternya 'sakitnya tidak perlu istirahat'. Terus perlunya apa dong sakitnya?harus nunggu mati dulu baru dikasih suratnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tulisannya doang 24 jam tapi faktanya tidak. Kalo berobat pagi2 sekali kadang dokternya belum ada. Dan sekarang istri saya mau berobat tapi kondisi pintunya terkunci dan lampu di dalam ruangan setengahnya dalam keadaan mati. Mohon untuk pelayanan 24 jam nya benar2 dijalani bukan hanya sekedar tulisan aja. Terimakasih

And now my wife wants treatment but the condition of the door is locked and the lights in the room are half off. Please, for the 24-hour service, it's really done, not just writing. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah sering berobat kesini cuma kalau sama dokter laki bener bener loh kaya ga percaya banget kalau lagi sakit, buktinya ini 3 hari masih ga kuat. Udh gitu di diagnosa di tulis none ( tidak ada ) yaampun gahabis pikir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first impression ak ktemu bidan di klinik ini garamah bgt, bintang ⭐ . Pertama kali positif aku mutusin buat usg dsitu ktemu sama obgynya dan bulan besoknya msh sama obgyn krna msh mau usg. pas ktemu bidan aku yg gangerti prosedur malah di omelin smpe grogi, scara ak hamil pertama msh muda juga dan ksana cuma sma suami. ak udh bawa buku pink tp krna sbelumnya priksa sma obgyn bidannya bngung dn aga ketus gt nanya nanya nya (setau ak harusnya dgn ramah perkenalin diri dulu da nanya2 yg ramah gt) gausah di spill deh ketusnya sprti apa. udh gt suruh bulak balik fotocopy buku pink dan pas mau nyerahin msh suruh nunggu lama bgt. pas di ksh vitamin cuma dpt sekitar 15butir an . gasmpe buat sebulan (fyi aku pake bpjs pas ktemu bidan, krna bisa pake bpjs) tp pelayanannya bkin ak gamau lg :( dan memutuskan untuk kontrol di rumah sakit aja sama obgyn.
first impression I met the midwife at this clinic, it's very salty, star . The first time it was positive, I decided to have an ultrasound there, I met the obgyn and the next month it was still the same obgyn because I still wanted an ultrasound. When I met the midwife, who didn't understand the procedure, I was scolded until I was nervous, when I got pregnant for the first time I was still young and there was only my husband. I've brought the pink book, but I checked with the ob-gyn before, the midwife was confused and a bit curt and didn't ask her questions (as far as I know, I should have introduced myself in a friendly manner first and asked friendly questions). Don't spill it like that. Gt already told me to go back and forth a photocopy of the pink book and when I wanted to hand it over I was told to wait a very long time. when it comes to vitamins, you only get about 15 grains. gasmpe for a month (fyi I used BPJS when I met the midwife, because I could use BPJS) but the service didn't bother me anymore :( and I decided to check in the hospital with the obgyn.
