Kenapa pendaftaran poli gigi harus di jam 07:30 - 08.00 pagi aja? Sedangkan jadwal dokternya adanya di sore, udah gitu hanya senin-sabtu aja. Terus pendaftarnnya harus langsung, gabisa by wa atau call. Ribet bgt org kerja masuk pagi, pagi pagi harus daftar (Itu juga kalo gak antri) kalo antri mau sampe jam berapa?? Telat ke kantor yg ada. Terus kalo liburnya di hari Minggu aja gimana? Gak bisa dong priksa disini. Dengan segala kerepotan HARUS DAFTAR PAGI PAGI atau bahkan sekalian ambil Off 1 hari buat berobat disini. Pagi antri trussss nunggu sore balik lagi trus antri lagi. Hadeh.
Why does dental poly registration have to be at 07:30 - 08.00 in the morning? While the doctor's schedule is in the afternoon, it's just Monday-Saturday. Then the registration must be direct, can't be by wa or call. It's really complicated when people go to work early in the morning, in the morning they have to register (That's also if you don't queue) if you queue, what time do you want to wait?? Late to the existing office. So what if you have Sunday off? Can't check here. With all the hassle MUST REGISTER MORNING or even take 1 day off for treatment here. In the morning, queue up, then wait for the afternoon to come back and then queue again. Hades.

dr. giginya sangat baik tapi staff nya mempersulit untuk pendaftaran, sudah 3 kali daftar selalu ditolak dengan berbagai alasan, kuota terbatas lah padahal saya daftar sebelum jam 8 pagi, semoga ga terjadi kepada pasien BPJS lain, dan tolong konfirmasi jangan di jam 3 karenya menyusahkan untuk para pekerja, datang untuk konfirmasi kemudian pulang lagi? Tolong pikirkan sistem yang efektif

Hari ini lagi berobat anak saya. Daftar jam 9. Jam 10 dateng lagi. Jam 11 belom d panggil.. itu STAF petugas pelayanan publik yg saya lingkari judes nya minta ampun .. suami saya suruh tanya ko no antrian nya nunggu lama. Yg barusan baru dateng udah masuk duluan . Sampe pasien di puri mau kosong baru d panggil . Eh tu staf nya ngejawabnya sambil bentak.. yg daftar banyak pak. Ya saya tau yg daftar banyak.. tapi bicara lah yang SOPAN DAN BAIK. Suami saya pun NANYA DENGAN BAIK BAIK.. baru kali ini KECEWA SAMA PELAYANAN STAF PURI INTAN ... kalo gak bisa JADI STAF YG BAIK gak usah jadi STAF pelayanan dong

Cerita ke dokternya soal gangguan psikis pdhl udh memberanikan diri cari pertolongan Krn saya tau kalau pakai BPJS bisa ke klinik lalu dirujuk ke dr jiwa, malah di judge dibilang ga sholat ga deket sama tuhan, cuma bisa syok & diem aja saat itu Krn hati sama pikiran lagi kacau sempet nangis jga pas cerita, pdhl saya udh beraniin diri buat cerita tapi ditanggapinya begitu, tolong tim dokternya dievaluasi untuk jgn nge judge pasien&yg welcome sama cerita pasien, trs dijawab saya juga dulu kaya km dan dia jga sempet bawa2 agama nya, skrg saya udh ga berobat lgi Krn trauma, saya Konsul via aplikasi sm dr jiwa jga baru skrining gejala kemungkinan 3 penyakit mental tp harus dipastikan makanya dr jiwa nya bilang bisa pakai BPJS, jadi saya datang ke klinik. Skrg saya ga menerima pengobatan apapun Krn trauma, cmn bisa preventif dgn psikoterapi sederhana di rmh dgn harapan semoga penyakit saya ga kambuh Krn saya gadapat obat minum.

Saya tau ulasan ini untuk kliniknya, tapi semua yg ada di klinik tentunya berpengaruh terhadap ulasan ini, termasuk pelayanan & dokternya. Jadi lebih baik pihak klinik lebih menyaring lagi kualitas dokter yg praktek di klinik tsb, karena bisa saja merugikan reputasi klinik tsb. Ceritanya saya berobat pada hari minggu pagi, datang jam 8:30, seharusnya sudah ada dokter yg praktek pagi karena jadwalnya dari jam 8:00-15:00, ternyata dokternya blm dateng & saya diminta nunggu, katanya jam 9 baru dateng. Akhirnya saya tunggu sampe jam 9an, pasien pun mulai dipanggil, saya kebagian sekitar jam 9:10. Waktu ketemu dokter, saya kaget sih krn saya baru lihat dokter ini, biasanya bukan dokter ini yg praktek klo hari minggu pagi, karena saya cukup sering berobat ke klinik tsb. Dokter baru itu namanya DOKTER MELINDA. Saya konsultasi seperti biasa & memberikan hasil cek lab saya bbrp minggu sebelumnya. Ditengah konsultasi yg mungkin baru berjalan sekitar 5 menit, dokternya mengucapkan kalimat yg menurut saya AMAT SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL. Dia bilang gini "sudah ya pak? ada lagi?", trus saya masih melanjutkan konsultasi saya, tapi lagi2 dia bilang "sudah ya pak? kalau sudah biar saya panggil pasien lain". Dalam hati saya berpikir, ini dokter atau supir angkot? Koq praktek kayak kejar target? Kami pasien punya hak utk konsultasi, kami sudah bayar, walaupun menggunakan BPJS. Kenapa konsultasi baru sekitar 5 menitan sudah kayak diusir2 suruh udahan? Kami sudah rela nungguin dokter yang TELAT sampai 1 jam, tapi giliran kami konsultasi baru 5 menitan sudah diusir2. Siapa suruh telat? Jadinya kayak buru2 gitu ngelayanin pasien. AMAT SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL sebagai dokter. Seumur2 dalam hidup saya, baru kali ini saya ketemu dokter yg buru2 mau udahan & seolah ngusir2 nyuruh pasiennya udahan. Ini dokter baru kah? Baru praktek brp bulan? Kenapa dipake di klinik ini klo kinerjanya ga profesional kayak gitu?
I know this review is for the clinic, but everything in the clinic certainly affects this review, including the service & the doctor. So it is better for the clinic to further refine the quality of the doctors who practice at the clinic, because it could harm the reputation of the clinic. The story is that I went for treatment on Sunday morning, came at 8:30, there should have been a doctor who practiced in the morning because the schedule was from 8:00 to 15:00, apparently the doctor hasn't come yet & I was asked to wait, he said it was 9 o'clock. Finally I waited until 9 o'clock, the patient began to be called, I got around 9:10. When I saw the doctor, I was surprised because I just saw this doctor, usually this doctor is not the one who practices on Sunday mornings, because I go to the clinic quite often. The new doctor's name is DOCTOR MELINDA. I consulted as usual & gave the results of my lab checks a few weeks before. In the midst of the consultation which may have only been running for about 5 minutes, the doctor said a sentence that I think is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He said, "Is that right, sir? Is there anything else?", then I continued my consultation, but again he said "Is that right, sir? If that's the case, let me call another patient". In my heart I thought, is this a doctor or an angkot driver? How come you practice like chasing a target? We patients have the right to consult, we have paid, even though we use BPJS. Why does the consultation only take about 5 minutes, it's like being sent away? We were willing to wait for a doctor who was LATE up to 1 hour, but it was our turn to consult for only 5 minutes and they had been sent away. Who said late? So it's like rushing to serve the patient. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as a doctor. In my entire life, this is the first time I have met a doctor who hastily wanted to leave and seemed to be telling the patient to stop. Is this the new doctor? Just practice how many months? Why use it in this clinic if the performance is unprofessional like that?

Pelayanannya sangat baik, staffnya ramah kebersihan juga terjaga, lahan parking cukup luas untuk motor namun terbatas jika membawa mobil, berada di muka jalan strategies lokasinya mudah dijangkau. Dokternya ramah, tepat waktu dan berpengalaman

Pelayanan poli gigi dokternya ramah, stafnya menjelaskan dgn baik, agak panjang penjelasannya tp dgrin dgn seksama jd jelas, tempatnya bersih dan luas. Walaupun memang pendaftaran poli gigi pagi dan harus datang di sore hari so tdk ada masalah. Wajar karena bpjs pasti banyak pasiennya. Yang penting sabar2 aja.
The dental clinic service is friendly, the staff explains well, the explanation is a bit long but if you listen carefully it becomes clear, the place is clean and spacious. Even though the registration for the dental clinic is in the morning and you have to come in the afternoon, there is no problem. It's natural because bpjs must have a lot of patients. The important thing is to be patient.
