★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup baik. Sayang tempat tunggu kurang luas. Pasien anak selalu didahulukan di sini. Berobat di waktu pagi atau siang tidak akan terlalu antre.
 Pretty good. Unfortunately the waiting area is not wide enough. The pediatric patient always comes first. Medication in the morning or afternoon will not be too queued.

Salut buat Bapak tukang parkir yg justru lebih banyak kasih info mengenai jadwal Dokter dan ramah, ketimbang Mba² yg ada di belakang meja pendaftaran yg malah gak tahu pasti jadwal dokter nya...
The phone number is not active, the WA listed on the banner is also very slow in response, send a message at 12 noon, read at 8 at night without a response...
Kudos to the parking attendant who actually gave more information about the doctor's schedule and was friendly, than the ladies behind the registration desk who didn't even know for sure the doctor's schedule...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya disini ramah. Kita konsul diberikan some opinion buat kesehatan anak. Dulu anak sy pernah sakit dan berobat disini. Masalahnya pas ambil sample darah perawatnya kebingungan nyari urat nadi karena anak rada gemuk.
Setelah beberapa kali tusukan jarum ketangan si bocah.. saya jadi panik, istri panik, mertua panik..Bocah cuma nangis bilang udah belum ditusuk tusuk tangannya?
Alhamdulillah sekarang demam batuknya sembuh.Sy pikir dia trauma jarum.. Tp terakhir dia tetap mau disuntik vaksin sekolah.

The doctor here is friendly. We consuls are given some opinion for the health of children. My son used to be sick and had treatment here. The problem is that when taking a blood sample, the nurse is confused about finding a vein because the child is a bit fat.
After several times the needle was stabbed into the boy's hand.. I panicked, my wife panicked, my parents-in-law panicked..The boy just cried saying that his hand had not been stabbed?
Alhamdulillah now his cough fever is cured. I think he has needle trauma.. But lastly he still wants to be injected with school vaccines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visited the physician 3x here and today I got the very unfriendly physician.Afrer more than 30 mins of waiting (no queue) I met a physician lady that very unfriendly. My body is unwell and she refused to give letter for rest with a very long unnecessary and unfriendly explanation. Refusal it's fine but no needs to make a super long speech just to say no. Makes me feels more sick. I wish not to visit this place ever again.
