★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih, parkiran luas, ada atm centernya juga.
Ada praktek dokter gigi, dokter umum, bidan jaga slalu standby, bisa cek lab, terima bpjs.
Pelayanan cukup bagus, tingkatkan terus pelayanannya..
 The place is clean, parking area is spacious, there is an atm center too.
There is a dentist practice, general practitioner, midwife always on standby, can check the lab, thank you.
The service is quite good, continue to improve service ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan sebagai klinik pratama, cukup membaik. Perlu jeli, untuk melihat jadwal dokter yang akan praktek hari itu. Tapi bila berkenan akses ke mobile JKN, bisa lebih mudah melihat jadwal dan sekaligus mendaftar secara online.
Service as a primary clinic, quite improved. Need to be observant, to see the schedule of doctors who will practice that day. But if you want access to mobile JKN, it will be easier to see the schedule and register online at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf harus jujur. Pengalaman 2x usg, yg pertama sih pas ketemu bidan yg senior jd jelasinnya lebih rinci, dan jelas. Tpi pas yg kedua, ketemu sama bidan yg ngejelasinnya belibet, sampe berat janin aja gak dikasih tau, usg nya sebentar banget, terus usg nya juga gak dijelasin bagian organ / anggota tubuh, terkesan buru2. Cuma dikasih dengar detak jantung doang, klo itu mah pake doppler jg bisa. pdhal niat saya usg buat liat keadaan janin udh lengkap apa belum tpi gk dijelasin, malah disuruh ke fetomaternal? Pdhl kan via usg pun bisa jelas keliatan kaki tangannya, ini gak dijelasin?dikira saya orang awam kali yah gabisa bedain fetomaternal sama usg 2d?ahh sudahlah...
Sorry to be honest. The experience of 2x ultrasound, the first one was when I met a senior midwife, so the explanation was more detailed, and clear. But in the second, I met the midwife who explained it was complicated, until the weight of the fetus was not told, the ultrasound was very short, then the ultrasound did not explain the organs / body parts, it seemed rushed. It's only given to hear the heartbeat, if that's the case, you can also use Doppler. even though my intention was to have an ultrasound to see if the fetus was complete or not, but it wasn't explained, instead I was sent to the fetomaternal? Even though via ultrasound you can clearly see his accomplices, this is not explained ? I thought I was a layman this time, I couldn't tell the difference between fetomaternal and ultrasound 2, oh well...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong benahi terutama karyawan adm pendaftaran, saya dan istri dari jam 4 sore sudah daftar sampe jam 6 sore nunggu, niat usg jadi kecewa karena lupa input antrian al hasil nama istri engga di sebut2 sampe jam 6 sore, dan engga ada permohonan maaf sepatah katapun dari karyawan adm pendaftaran yang bertugas di jam 16.00 wib tanggal 02 April 2022.
Please fix it, especially the registration admin employees, my wife and I have registered from 4 pm until 6 pm waiting, the ultrasound intention was disappointed because I forgot to enter the queue, al. Adm registration employee on duty at 16.00 WIB on April 2, 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekarang, terkhusus untuk pelayanannya tidak senyamah dahulu. Di telp susah, di chat WA saat keadaan darurat( daruratnya : istri sedang kontraksi, butuh penangan bidan ) slow respon ( 1-2 jam belum tentu dibalas juga ) bahkan tidak dibalas.
Maaf untuk saat ini penilaian saya tenang klinik ini Turun.
Now, especially for the service is not as comfortable as before. Difficult phone calls, WA chats when there is an emergency (emergency: wife is having contractions, needs a midwife) slow response (1-2 hours, not necessarily answered either) or not even answered.
Sorry for the moment my rating is calm this clinic is down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekarang makin baik pelayanannya ..dokternya ada 24 jam. Ada dokter gigi jg tapi harus cek jam praktek nya.
Periksa kehamilan dilakukan bidan. Ada USG dan USG 4 dimensi jg.
Ada kamar dengan beberapa kelas untuk proses melahirkan
Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman. Parkirannya luas
Now the service is getting better..the doctor is there 24 hours. There is a dentist too but you have to check the hours of practice.
Midwife checks for pregnancy. There are ultrasound and 4-dimensional ultrasound too.
There are rooms with several classes for childbirth
The place is clean and comfortable. Spacious parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong jam istirahat / sholat bidan diperjelas. Ini sudah sering pasien menunggu 1 jam. Hari ini saya putuskan pulang karena sudah menunggu 1 jam tanpa kejelasan jam berapa bidannya aktif lagi . Kalau memang sulit sebaiknya jam prakteknya sampai jam 18:00 saja.
Please clarify the midwife's break/prayer hours. This has often been patients waiting 1 hour. Today I decided to go home because I had been waiting for 1 hour without it being clear what time the midwife was active again. If it is difficult, the practice hours should only be until 18:00.
