★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ke sini untuk tambal gigi. Alhamdulillah menunggu dr jam 6 sampai jam 9. Tidak apa karena perawat dan stafnya ramah. Tempat nya juga bersih.
Satu hal yang membuat saya agak kecewa adl sikap dokter dan perawat yg membantu dokter gigi di ruangan saat itu. Saat saya masuk tempat berkumur masih kotor dengan banyak ludah orang sebelum saya. Dan tidak dibersihkan. Dan air dr alat2 dokternya membasahi pakaian saya, entah mmg disini tdk menyediakan alas dada misalnya tisu, atau apapun spt pada umumnya di dokter gigi, atau krn saya pasien BPJS sehingga tdk mendapatkan "alas" Ataupun tisu untuk mencegah hal tersebut... Tp saya lihat di foto yg tersedia di ulasan google mrk ternyata menggunakan alas itu di oranglain.. Entahlah, krn saya pasien baru di sini. Semoga paham maksud saya ? tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya.
I'm here for a tooth filling. Thank God I waited from 6 to 9. It's okay because the nurses and staff are friendly. The place is also clean.
One thing that made me a little disappointed was the attitude of the doctors and nurses who were helping the dentist in the room at that time. When I entered the mouthwash was still dirty with a lot of spit from the people before me. And not cleaned. And the water from the doctor's tools soaked my clothes, whether it's really not provided here, such as tissue, or anything like in general dentists, or because I'm a BPJS patient so I don't get "pads" or tissue to prevent this... But I look at the photos available in google reviews, they turned out to be using that mat on someone else.. I don't know, because I'm a new patient here. I hope you understand what I mean improve the service again.
