★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sungguuh buruk.. skrg sistemnya buka tutup. Malah makin lama nunggunya kykgini.. udah istirahat skrg 2x kasian kl yg berobat anak2. Kl pelayanan seperti ini mendingan kykdlu saja buka 24jam.. ini sih enak di karyawan ga enak di pasiennya!!!!
 The service is really bad.. now the system is open and closed. In fact, the wait is getting longer, like this.. I've taken a break now twice. It's a shame if the children are taking treatment. If it's a service like this, it's better if it's only open 24 hours... this is good for the employees, not good for the patients!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedikit masukan, di masa pandemi ini saya apresiasi untuk pembagian ruang tunggu menggunakan stiker beda warna, dimana pasien kategori aman stiker hijau, flu batuk stiker kuning, dan KIA stiker pink.. namun kenyataan na banyak pasien yg tak paham aturan ini.. saya pribadi yg punya bayi newborn merasa kurang nyaman, karena space KIA yg sudah diatur kuota sedikit malah bnyak pasien dg stiker kuning duduk disana, dan tak henti2 na batuk2.. mohon untuk pihak yg berwenang lebih diperhatikan keadaan lapangan ma bagaimana.. terima kasih ?
A little input, during this pandemic, I appreciate the distribution of waiting rooms using different colored stickers, where patients are in the safe category with green stickers, cough flu with yellow stickers, and MCH with pink stickers... but the reality is that many patients don't understand this rule... me personally Those who have newborn babies feel uncomfortable, because the KIA space that has been set in a small quota is actually a lot of patients with yellow stickers sitting there, and coughing non-stop.

Untuk poli gigi dibatasi kuotanya.
Per 15 Desember, tidak ada waiting list untuk poli gigi (kebijakan ini yg saya sesalkan, hehe..lebih nyaman datang jam 5 pagi dulu untuk ambil nomor antrian), atau juga bisa saran saja dibuatkan sistem informasi ticketing untuk antriannya.

The quota for dental polyclinics is limited.
As of December 15th, there is no waiting list for the dental clinic (I regret this policy, hehe...it's more convenient to come at 5 am to get a queue number), or you can suggest that a ticketing information system be made for the queue.
