Menurut saya walaupun pakai bpjs tidak harus di bedakan. Kita sama2 bayar tiap bulan bahkan sakit aja ga berturut2 sebulan full penuh. Pelayanan dokternya minus tidak teliti, tidak ingin memeriksa pasien jangan karena menggunakan bpjs, klo tidak profesional jangan mengadakan pendaftaran bpjs, jika selalu di bedakan. Mohon peningkatan nya untuk pelayanan untuk menunggu obat saja butuh waktu 30 menit. Padahal antrian pertama. Mengecewakan sekali jujur. Bakal sepi klinik kaya gini kita butuh sehat bersama. Bukan kah visi misi klinik nomor 1 adalah memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk pasien. Tetapi ini mengecewakan.
In my opinion, although using BPJS does not have to be differentiated. We both pay every month and it doesn't even hurt for a full full month. The doctor's service is not meticulous, don't want to examine the patient, don't use the BPJS, if it's not professional, don't hold the BPJS registration, if it's always differentiated. Please improve it for the service to wait for drugs only takes 30 minutes. Though the first queue. How disappointing to be honest. It's going to be quiet like this clinic we need to be healthy together. Isn't the vision of clinical mission number 1 is to provide the best service for patients. But this is disappointing.

Pelayanan nya baik,cuma pas bagian obat nya lama bgt.

Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan Poli gigi, Gigi tambalan saya sakit, Di bor sampe bekas tambalan tahun lalu rusak, Dan dokter bilang lubang nya kecil pas saya cek teryata besar dan melebar sampe kebagian Samping gigi depan, dan sampai saat ini saya hanya di suruh untuk kembali ke klinik untuk tambal gigi, Setelah di cek semua tidak di beri saran dll, Hanya di berikan 2 obat penahan sakit tanpa ad solusi lain, Saya mengajukan Bpjs namun di tolak, Sudah menggunakan Umum nunggu nya 2 jam padahal hanya ada 2 pasien waktu itu, Jadi saya sangat tidak merekomendasikan untuk klinik tersebut, Mohon di perbaiki Dari segi pelayanan/Dokter dll, Terimakasih!
I am very disappointed with the dental poly service, my filling tooth hurts, it was drilled until last year's filling was broken, and the doctor said the hole was small when i checked it turned out to be big and widened until it got to the side of the front tooth, and until now i have only been ordered to returned to the clinic for dental fillings, After checking everything was not given advice etc., only given 2 painkillers without any other solution, I applied for Bpjs but it was rejected, already used the general wait 2 hours even though there were only 2 patients at that time , So I really don't recommend for this clinic, please fix it in terms of service / doctors etc, thank you!

saya sangat kecewa berat untuk pelayanannya seharusnya untuk pelayanan anakΒ² itu harus sabar bukannya marahΒ²... yang namanya anak kecil takut d priksa itu wajar... ap mungkin priksa pake bpjs y... tpi kan bpjs tiap bulanya juga bayar g gratis... sangatΒ² kecewa

Astaghfirullah ,,,mahal banget biaya nya,krna sesuatu hal ,harus di jahit kakinya,itupun 3 jahitan,mahal,kontrol pun mahal dn buka jaitan luka aj itu 200 ke atas,pdahal utk 5-7 jahitan itu hanya 70 ribu,ya semahal nya 100 ribu lah Ini buka jaitan doang 200.000 lebih

Kalau gak urgent bgt males bgt ke sini, karena pelayanannya buruk bgt !! Apalagi pas bagian pemeriksaan dokter, dokter sambil main game jadi buat tanyaΒ² lebih jauh soal sakit sulit, trs pada angkuh bgt jadi aneh, apalagi pas tgg obat lamanya, payah lah intinya memangnya kalau perawatΒ² gtu kerjaanya ngobrol dan nyantaiΒ² seperti itu ya ?! BenerΒ² GK profesional bgt terpaksa itu juga ke sana utk berobat karena gk tau lagi daerah mana yg klinik Deket rumah semoga bisa jauh lebih baik lagi buat para pekerja medisnya, dan segara cepat untuk di tindak lanjuti kasusΒ² yg kayak seperti ini, mana obatnya mahal bgt buset dah beda bgt sama Jakarta

Kalau menurut saya sih, pelayanan cukup baiklah untuk tingkat klinik baik itu yg di klinik besar dan atau yang kebidanan. Memang masih banyak yg kurang seperti belum komputerisasi saat pendaftaran, ruangan yg minimalis dan seperti belum ada SOP baik itu pelayanan, fasilitas, sarpras, dll. Mungkin kedepannya bisa lebih di tingkatkan lagi mutu dan kualitas, syukur-syukur jika dapat mengikuti standarisasi klinik.

Untuk pemeriksaan bidan nya lama sekali. Dari jam 20.30 ada 4 ibu2 termasuk saya, sampai jam 21.37 baru 2 ibu ibu yg di periksa gila g tuh 2 org memakan 1 jam hhh. G lg deh kesini?? jd ga nyaman jg kelamaan nunggu
