★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan kurang memuaskan, sungguh tidak ramah.. menyediakan antigen dan PCR tp dioper lg ke ownernya... semoga kedepanya lebih baik lg
 unsatisfactory service, really not friendly.. provides antigen and PCR but it is passed back to the owner... hopefully in the future it will be better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya antrian masi bisa,ada kuota. tp pas saya bilang menggunakan BPJS kouta langsung full/ga bisa saat itu jg,hanya dusuruh ninggalin no hp nnti dihubungin lg kalau kuota kosong lagi.. parahhhh
Initially the queue still works, there is a quota. but when I said I used BPJS kouta it was full immediately / it didn't work at that time too, just left the cellphone number, so call again if the quota is empty again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ suster jaga bagian pendaftaran tidak tau apa itu ASKES dan langsung bilang tdk menerima ASKES . Sampai PS lain bilang ASKES sm dgn BPJS . ASKES dr BUMN .. lalu , ibu saya tidak di layani dgn baik . Pdhl kami dtg baik2 ingin berobat . Dan bawa riwayat sakit (hasil Lab, hanya dia bilang saya kasih penghilang rasa nyeri saja)
Lalu membuat laporan ke pihak BPJS kalau kami datang kucluk2 minta rujukan dan tdk mau di periksa .. dari mana saya tau ????
Keluarga saya kerja di BPJS .. jd hati2 Dokter umum yg praktek di hari senin dan mba operator ats pelayanan anda .. dan pengaduan tdk sesuai.. saya minta CCTV utk buktikan mereka blg tidak mau menunjukan ..
Ibu saya di diamkan 3 jam .. dan memutar balikan fakta.
The nurse guarding the registration department didn't know what ASKES was and immediately said she didn't accept ASKES. Until another PS said ASKES sm with BPJS. ASKES from BUMN.. then, my mother was not served properly. Pdhl we are fine, we want treatment. And bring a history of pain (Lab results, only he said I gave painkillers only)
Then make a report to the BPJS if we come and ask for referrals and don't want to be checked... how do I know????
My family works at BPJS.. so be careful. General doctors who practice on Mondays and mba operator for your service.. and complaints are not appropriate.. I asked CCTV to prove they didn't want to show..
My mother was silenced for 3 hours .. and twisted the facts.

Chaotic service. If bpjs medicine is given half. The doctor even talked about BPJS

Mau ke bidan tp d tnya dl bpjs atau umum,? Pas d jwb bpjs jawabanny bidan ny lg homecare, kalau emang lg homecare knp mesti tnya bpjs atau umum??
Emang bidan nya beda???
Kita bpjs mandiri yg berbayar juga kok, bukan yg gratisannnn ...

Is the midwife different???
We are independent bpjs that are paid too, not free ones...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lahiran disini bidan yg lain sih enak baik2 tp ko bidan pemiliknya malah gak Care malah org sakit perut bilangnya baru segitu doang sakit lah ngeluh lah apalah bu bidan tolong layanin cstmer dengan baik dan sabar ya apalagi buat ibu lahiran butuh suport sistem bukan cemoohan atau banding2kqn Sm cstmer lain saya bayar loh cash bukan ngutang?
