saya kasih bintang 1 karena memindahkan rujukan FKTP saya ke klinik lain yang jauh, nyaris 10 km dan saya butuh 3 bulan untuk bisa memindahkan faskes lagi yg lebih dekat ??? saya baru tahu hal ini ketika hendak cetak kartu via aplikasi Mobile JKN. Di aplikasi tiba-tiba nama faskes pertama berubah.
di sayangkan sosialisasi juga tidak tersampaikan, hanya lewat spanduk di depan klinik yang mana lokasi klinik tidak persis di pinggir jalan sehingga tidak terbaca.

I give 1 star because I moved my FKTP referral to another clinic which is far away, almost 10 km and it took me 3 months to be able to move to another health facility closer to ??? I just found out about this when I wanted to print my card via the Mobile JKN application. In the application suddenly the name of the first health facility changed.
It is a pity that the socialization was not delivered, only through a banner in front of the clinic where the location of the clinic is not right on the side of the road so that it cannot be read.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sudah tidak melayani bpjs , dan di pindahkan ke klinik yg jauh hadeuh pas di tanyain lg urus ijin nya dengan jangka waktu 1 bulan tapi sudah 2 bulan msh blm bisa
no longer serving BPJs, and transferred to a clinic that is far away, right when asked to take care of the permit with a period of 1 month but already 2 months still can't
