AND MAKE THE CASHIER IN FRONT I made a doctor's certificate, how come I didn't take a blood pressure test right away, I just recorded my height, just as long as YOU ARE SHORT IT DOESN'T LOOK! I ASKED REPEATEDLY WHEN THE KASIR TALKED BECAUSE I DON'T HEAR THE HIGHWAYS, THE ROADS ARE CLOSE OF NOISY VEHICLES, THE CASHIER EVEN TALKING HIGHLY. HIS ETHICS ALSO USE! FEEL YOUR HIGH? STILL MY HIGH! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mungkn karna kliniknya dekat dan pagi sudah buka....kemarin saya coba test pcr di klinik ini pada tgl 13,di tgl 14 hasilnya keluar...saya bayar 260 ribu...kayanya suster yg melayani swab pcr no atititude...krna saya mau ambil hasilnya suster memberikanya di atas tangga sedangkan saya duduk di bangku tunggu. Sayaloh yg yamperin ke susternya ke tangga yg ke arah ruang pcr..seharusnya sih ga seperti itu..tidak sopan...mohon di perbaiki lagi...supaya tidak mengecewakan?
Maybe it's because the clinic is close and it's already open in the morning.... yesterday I tried the pcr test at this clinic on the 13th, on the 14th the results came out... I paid 260 thousand... it looks like the nurse who served the PCr swab no attitude... because I wanted to take the results, the nurse gave it to me on the stairs while I sat on the waiting bench. I'm the one who asked the nurse to go to the stairs that lead to the pcr room.. it shouldn't be like that.. it's not polite... please fix it again... so it doesn't disappoint?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya berobat hari ini dan meminta surat sakit, setelah sampai rumah ternyata penulisan tanggalnya salah malah tgl kemarin dan mau tidak mau harus kembali lagi untuk minta surat dokter karena untuk laporan ke kantor.
Setelah sampai langsung ke tempat pengambilan obat karena surat sakit dari situ juga keluarnya dan bilang "Maaf teh ini salah tanggalnya, hari ini tanggal 7 Januari 2022 bukan tanggal 6" langsung saja petugas mengambil surat itu dan mengganti sesuai tgl hari ini, tapi yang sangat disayangkan alih-alih meminta maaf atas kesalahan penulisan petugas itu malah cuek aja bahkan saat berterimakasih untuk penggantian surat dokter petugas tsb tetap diam tanpa respon dan cuek.
Tolong ya attitude itu penting, sebagai petugas kesehatan yang melayani publik tidak sepatutnya seperti itu, saya berobat itu bayar tidak gratis apalagi berhutang jadi tolong jika admin atau pemilik klinik membaca ulasan ini diperhatikan lagi dan di AJARI lagi bagaimana pegawainya dalam bersikap.
Saya berobat disini bukan baru sekali, tapi dari dulu bahkan sebelum klinik belum sebesar sekarang, dulu pelayanannya bagus tapi kok sekarang seperti ini?
Saya rasa itu saja, semoga kedepannya bisa lebih baik lagi. Terimakasih.
I went for treatment today and asked for a sick note, when I got home it turned out that the date was written incorrectly, even yesterday and inevitably had to come back again to ask for a doctor's letter because it was a report to the office.
After arriving directly at the place for taking the medicine because a sick letter came out of there and said "Sorry, this tea has the wrong date, today is January 7, 2022, not the 6th." The officer immediately took the letter and replaced it according to today's date, but what is very unfortunate instead of apologizing for the writing error, the officer just ignored it even when thanking for the replacement of the doctor's letter the officer remained silent without a response and indifferent.
Please, attitude is important, as a health worker who serves the public it's not supposed to be like that, I don't pay for treatment for free, let alone owe it, so please if the admin or clinic owner reads this review, pay attention again and teach them how to behave.
I'm not getting treatment here for the first time, but from the past even before the clinic was not as big as it is now, the service used to be good but why is it like this now?
I think that's all, hopefully in the future it can be even better. Thank you.
