β β β β β Apotiknya bagus, tempatnya dari luar kelihatan OK, warna hijau, parkiran motor luas, ada fasilitas atm beberapa bank, bahkan atm mandiri ada 2 mesin. Sayang petugasnya tidak ramah!
Pengalaman mau beli obat, tidak dilayani dengan alasan tidak bisa, ditanya kenapa tidak bisa? Jawabannya aturan memang tidak bisa, Padahal obat itu biasa beli di apotik lain spt K24 dll... ya sudah, akhirnya ke Apotik Kimia farma, gak jauh dr apotik ini, dan di kimia farma bisa beli obat yg saya cari.
Di lenteng banyak apotik, seakrang ada K24, Kimia farma dll,
Mudah2an apotik ini bisa berbenah dalam pelayanan.
The pharmacy is good, the place from the outside looks OK, green color, spacious motorbike parking lot, there are several bank ATM facilities, even there are 2 independent ATM machines. Unfortunately the officers are not friendly!
Experience of wanting to buy medicine, not being served on the grounds that you can't, being asked why can't you? The answer to the rule is that you can't, even though the drug is usually bought at other pharmacies such as K24 etc ... well, finally I went to a chemist pharmacy, not far from this pharmacy, and in chemical pharmacy I can buy the medicine that I'm looking for.
In the lenteng there are many pharmacies, now there are K24, Pharmaceutical Chemistry etc.,
Hopefully this pharmacy can clean up in its service.

β β β β β namanya aja apotik pasti bagus, cuman pelayanan nya gabagus. jdi waktu pertama kali mau antigen disana, kaget banget banget si sama pelayanan nya yng kaya gitu, dri awal masuk uda bingung and karyawan nya garamah banget, awalnya ada yng lagi dipendaftaran satu orng trus dari situ si merhatiin kalo ada yng engga beres smaa pelayanan nya dan ternyata bener aja. selanjutnya ada lansia tua yng mau daftar,namanya uda lansia pasti maaf aga sedikit bermasalah smaa pendengaran nya dan si pelayanan nya ini jdi teriakΒ² trus mukanya garamah, trus ada lagi mungkin dia berobat kemarin trus dapet rujukan kemana gatau pokoknya trus balik lagi dan si pelayanan ini langsung julit banget kemereka, pokoknya namanya pelayanan seharusnya yng baik dan kalo mau julit gausah di depan para cust. pliase seharusnya engga ada karyawan kaya gitu. dan dari semua ulasan selalu kepelayanan berarti emng dari dulu pelayanan nya engga bagus. sayang banget apotik nya jadi dapet bintang yang engga memuaskan karna pelayanannya terus

I'm sure sorry he has a little problem with his hearing and the service person is screaming and his face is angry, then there is another, maybe he was treated yesterday and then he got a referral, I don't know what to do, then he came back and this service it's really hard to them, the main thing is that the service is supposed to be good and if you want to be tough, don't worry about it in front of the custs. pliase there should be no employees like that. and from all the reviews, the service always means that from the beginning the service has not been good.
