★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya emang bagus ,resepsionisnya juga ramah. tapi untuk dokter umumnya terutama yang CEWE ko tidak mencerminkan dia berpendidikan tinggi ya? buat apa pendidikan tinggi" kalo attitudenya BAD !!!! ngelayanin pasien ko marah", itu dokter umumnya punya penyakit darah tinggi ya?jangan beda-beda kan pasien BPJS ,BPJS juga bayar tiap bulan tapi kenapa pelayanannya di beda kan?? mama aku sampe nangis denger dokter umum yang cwe ngomong sampe bikin sakit hati mama aku, akhirnya pindah ke klinik bunda yang bagus & RAMAH ke pasien BPJS
 The clinic is really good, the receptionist is also friendly. but for general doctors, especially those who are CEWE, why don't they reflect that they are highly educated? Why do higher education "if the attitude is BAD !!!! treat patients, why are they angry", doctors generally have high blood pressure? Don't be different, BPJS patients, BPJS also pay every month but why are the services different right ?? Mom, until I cried, I heard the general practitioner, who said that it hurt my mother, finally moved to the clinic, which is nice & friendly to BPJS patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Greeting nya ga ada.. tinggal bilang selamat pagi/siang/sore/malam.. ada yg kami bisa bantu.. itu aja susah bgt.
- solving problem ga sopan.. ngobrol blm selesai langsung balik badan keluar..
Jam istirahat sebaiknya di rolling biar tetap ada petugas yg bisa melayani.
-There's no Greeting.. just say good morning/afternoon/evening/night.. is there anything we can help you with.. it's just really hard.
- solving the problem is not polite.. the chat hasn't been finished yet, just come back out..
Break hours should be rolled so that there are still officers who can serve.

medical treatment immediately, and immediately served using the JKN BPJS application .. no need to bring a card ..
