★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah usg disini, susternya lumayan ramah, tapi dokternya gak banget. Pas usg cuma dikasih tau usia janin, panjang sama detak jantungnya. Ga ada kesempatan mau nanya ini itu, lha wong masih dibed baru kelar usg baru nutup perut udah dimasukin pasien usg baru. Gak banget

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengecewakan, saya mau kontrol yg ada bidan, itu pun tidak cakap sebagai bidan, padahal saya ada keluhan flek tapi ga ada tindakan medis seperti cek detak jantung bayi atau yg lainnya. Ini bidan nya masih muda seperti anak PKL. Bidan nya kacau hanya seperti pelaksanaan tensi dan berat badan. Tidak cakap sama sekali, tidak informatif.
Disappointing, I want to control the existing midwife, it is also incompetent as a midwife, even though I have complaints of spots but there are no medical actions such as checking the baby's heartbeat or anything else. This midwife is still young like a street vendor. The midwife is screwed just like the exercise of tension and weight. Not at all, not informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang saya tahu Klinik ini termasuk Klinik yg paling awal berdiri di area Tarum Barat. Sudah berdiri lebih 10 tahun katanya. Ketersediaan pelayanan yg mereka miliki pun cukup lengkap ;
1. Dokter umum
2. Dokter Spesialis Tulang & Syaraf
3. Dokter Spesialis Anak
4. Dokter Spesialis Kandungan
5. Dokter Gigi
6. Bidan jaga 24 jam
Dibanding Klinik kompetitor, ketersediaan obat paten yg mereka miliki pun termasuk paling lengkap ya (info yg saya tahu, hanya Klinik ini yg memiliki layanan utk Tulang & Syaraf, dan spesialis Anak. Klinik lain tidak ada). Mungkin hanya sekelas RS yg punya beberapa dokter spesialis gitu.
Kualitas pelayanan (saat Maret 2020) terbilang baik, meski perawat masih pada muda, keliatan di didik standar pelayanan yg baik. Saat ke dokter, kelihatan beliau sudah senior berpengalaman. Menguasai teori & teknis penyakit dg rinci, meski saya banyak tanya waktu itu.
Meski tdk BPJS tapi bisa di pahami karna mereka kasih obat paten & alhamdulillah reaksi ke badan manjur.

The quality of service (as of March 2020) is fairly good, although nurses are still young, it looks like they are in a good standard of service. When he went to the doctor, he seemed to have experienced seniors. Mastering the theory & technicalities of the disease in detail, although I asked many questions at that time.
Although not BPJS but can be understood because they give patent medicines & thank God the reaction to the body works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya kurang pelayanannya sok banget.. cuma susternya yg ramah2.. jempol buat susternya.. mungkin dokter sewa.. saran kalo mau kesini buat lahiran aja, cek kandungan di tempat lain kalo gamau nyesel
The doctor's service is not very pretentious.. only the nurses are friendly.. thumbs up for the nurse.. maybe a rented doctor.. advice if you want to come here for delivery, check the womb elsewhere if you don't want to regret it
