★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sampah, tutup jam 4 tapi jam 3 sudah tidak melayani pasien lagi, padahal gada pasien lagi dan sepi, apa semua karyawan disana suka gabut? Silahkan dipertimbangkan lagi yang maj pilih faskes ini.
Garbage service, close at 4 but 3 o'clock is no longer serving patients, even though the patient is dead again and quiet, do all the employees there like to fumble? Please consider the majors again choose this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ampun deh lama banget pelayanannya, salah kasih faskes nih perusahaan saya, dateng dari jam 7:30, nunggu antrian sampe jam 8, dokternya baru dateng jam 8:55, kayanya sengaja dibuat lama deh pelayanannya, biar pasien pada pindah faskes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak sesuai SOP medis...dari pelayanan pendaftaran tidak ada orang di ruangan pendaftaran,,, hingga pelayanan pengambilan obat sangat lambat dan sangat tidak memuaskan...untuk segera di perbaiki pelayanannya...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik ga jelas, nyesel bgt pilih faskes BPJS disini, udh 2 x priksa disini ga pernah dilayani dan ditangani dgn baik, petugas dan dokternya jutek2, ga cocok jd dokter deh pokoknya klo bisa ganti aja tu dokter ga cocok sumpah jd dokter kok bgtu, apa karena saya periksa pakai bpjs ya, jd seakan2 petugasnya ga mau nanganin apalagi dokternya saya udh nunggu dr jam 8 sampai jam 10 ternyata ga diperiksa yg ada malah diomelin dokternya krn saya ceritain sakit yg saya rasakan, kata dokternya sblum dipriksa wajib PCR dlu, saya minta antigen dlu masa ga boleh, bukan masalah ga mampu bayar PCR, tp logika aja nunggu hasil PCR lama, sedangkan pasien udh gemeteran kringet dingin pusing dan kunang2 apalagi saya dtang periksa sendirian sampai nangis sesenggukan loh, tp dokter ga ada itikad baik buat meriksa dlu ataupun ngasih obat, krn saking keselnya saya bilang ywd klo diwajibin pcr bsok aja krn saat ini saya ga bawa uang, Akhirnya saya pulang dgn rasa sakit hati dan saya priksa di klinik lain alhamdulillahnya ditanganin dgn sangat baik.
The clinic is not clear, regret it can choose the bpjs faskes here, udh 2 x check here it has never been served and handled well, the officer and doctor jutek2, it doesn't fit the doctor if you can replace the doctor who doesn't fit the oath, how come you don't work? Because I checked using BPJS, so he was as if the officer didn't want to nanganin especially my doctor was waiting for 8 until 10 o'clock, it was not checked that there was a doctor because I was telling the pain I felt, the doctor said before I was examined by PCr, I asked for antigens dlu may not, not a problem can not be able to pay PCR, but the logic just wait for the results of the old PCR, while the patient has shaktered cold dizziness and firefly, especially if I check alone until crying, but the doctor doesn't work it's good to check it or give medicine, because I am so bad, I say ywd if you are obligated, bro, because I am currently carrying money, I finally returned home and I was prayed at another clinic Alha Mdulillahnya was handled with very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah lama bgt mau nyampein unek2, sebenernya klinik ini tu nerima pasien BPJS ga si, klo emng petugasnya ga mau nerima pasien BPJS kenapa masuk dalam daftar faskes bpjs lebih baik dihapus deh, dari pd bikin pasien kecewa karena ga ditanginin dengan baik, pertama x saya periksa karena sakit perut sampai ga bisa jalan sangkin sakitnya, tp dokter nya cuma nanya2 doang tanpa meriksa ataupun megang bagian perut, okelah dia dokter mungkin udh tau semua keluhan pasien tanpa menyentuhnya, tp ga usah bilang penyakit gitu aja diperiksa dgn nada yg menyebalkan, ga kenapa2 kok itumah wajar wanita suka sakit perut, heh dok lgian ngapain jg saya cape2 dtg jauh2 buat periksa klo saya ga bener2 sakit, dan selama ini saya jg ga pernah ngrasain sakit perut nyeri sehebat ini sampai jalan aja nunduk sangkin sakitnya, dan itu jg bukan sakit perut krn mau datang bulan. Seenganya bicaralah yg baik atau kasih solusi, inimah boro2 bahkan dikasih obat aja ngga, bener2 kecewa dgn klinik ini di poli umum.
It's been a long time since I've been wanting to come forward, actually this clinic does not accept BPJS patients, if the staff doesn't want to accept BPJS patients, why is it on the list of BPJS health facilities, it's better to delete them, than to make patients disappointed because they weren't handled well, my first x checked because of stomach pain so that he couldn't walk because of the pain, but the doctor was just asking questions without examining or holding the stomach, okay he's a doctor maybe he knows all the patient's complaints without touching him, but there's no need to say that the disease is examined in an annoying tone, isn't it? Why is it normal for women to like stomach pains, doc, what are you doing, I'm tired of coming all the way to check if I'm not really sick, and so far I've never had a stomach ache like this so bad that I just walked down and looked down in pain, and that's not it either stomach ache due to menstruation. It's good to talk about something good or give a solution, it's a waste of time to even give medicine, I'm really disappointed with this clinic at the general poly.
