★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi pagi sekitar jam 8.35 saya datang untuk berobat, ternyata TIDAK ADA dokter yg standby di tempat dgn alasan sedang operan. Padahal jelas2 tertulis dokter umum 24 jam !
Sangat mengecewakan pasien harus menunggu dokter datang sekitar 1 - 2 jam.
Daripada menunggu dokter yg tidak jelas kedatangannya, lebih baik pulang.
Bagaimana kalau ada pasien yg memerlukan pertolongan segera???
This morning around 8.35 I came for treatment, it turns out there was NO doctor on standby at the place with the reason being operand. Though clearly written 24-hour general practitioner!
Very disappointing patients have to wait for the doctor to come around 1-2 hours.
Instead of waiting for the doctor who did not clear his arrival, it's better to go home.
What if there are patients who need immediate help ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan di perawat depan baik, pelayanan dokter sangat-sangat mengecewakan, hari ini istri berobat, dengan keluhan demam dan kepala sakit, yang di tanya dokter malah sudah punya rumah sendiri atau belum, sudah punya anak atau belum, di kasih obat cuma 4 biji isinya ibuprofen, di kasih surat keterangan sakit, dengan keterangan ISPA, maksudnya gimana coba, mohon pihak bpjs beri tindakan, saya pakai BPJS bukan gratis, saya bayar tiap bulan, sakitnya juga belum tentu sebulan sekali, bukan berarti gratisan, saran buat dokter nya, klo memang gak niat kerja sebagai dokter, mending mudur aja lah, banyak orang lain yg lebih mampu dari anda, lenih ikhlas dari anda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biayanya mahal.. Klo pakai asuransi biayanya di bengkakin jadi gede alias mahal.. Obat cuma 3 resep doang harganya sampe 450rb, udh gitu kantong plastik aja di suruh bayar..
Mending ke RS ternama sekalian
