★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang gercep. 20 antrian sekitar 2jam. Depan klinik kotor. Sampah numpuk. Kipas tidak dibersihkan, bunyi ketika berputar. Klo mau ksini yg sakit suruh drumah dulu.
 Service is not fast. 20 queues about 2 hours. The front of the clinic is dirty. Garbage piled up. The fan is not cleaned, the sound when it spins. If you want to come here, those who are sick, ask to stay home first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong yaa pelayannya ditingkatkan lagi ,sy nunggu sampe 3 jam . Layani dulu pasien yang ada walaupun tdk sesuai nomor antrian.

the dentist and general poly doctor are very friendly and patient, the service is quite good, the employees convey information very well and politely, the cleanliness is very well maintained and I feel comfortable going to the Pelita Sehat clinic at Ciomas?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon di perbaiki kembali jam operasional nya, saya pernah datang pagi setengah 7 namun klinik buka lebih lambat bahkan 07.15 baru mulai operasional, sedangkan waktu tutup belum jam 6 sudah istirahat dan kembali operasional jam 7 malam, jangan ada lagi ngaret saat buka dan istirahat lebih awal, bukan maksud apa apa tapi tidak sesuai dengan yang di cantumkan sedikit kecewa dengan jam operasional nya selebih nya baik dan kinerja nakes nya profesional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadwal dokter gigi terbatas dan klo tidak ada harus cari alternatif lain, klp dokter umum kasih obat standar bisa lah beli ke toko obat atau warung klo dilihat pengalaman ke klinik ini, untuk dokter baik2 cuman CS kadang tidak dapat menjelaskan dengan baik prosedur BPJS
