★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasting time bgt dateng kesini! Disini staffnya ga ngehargain customer bgt! Bikin appointment jam 11.30 buat fisioterapi anak. Ambil jadwal weekdays supaya minimalisir kontak sama banyak orang. Pas hari H di tengah perjalanan udah mau deket kliniknya, pas jam 11.30 saya WA konfirmasi akan terlambat sekitar 10 menit krn macet. 10 menit kemudian pas BARU AJA sampe dan parkir di tempatnya, WA baru dibales, dibilang terapisnya izin siang krn anak sakit. Lalu ditawarin ganti schedule. LAH KENAPA GA CONFIRM DARI SEBELUM SAYA WA YA? Kalo bilangnya pas saya masih di tengah perjalanan kayaknya masih dimaklumi deh krn mungkin emang urgent atau gimana. Lah ini saya baru di-WA begitu saya WA duluan. Ga ada itikad baiknya banget. Ga menghargai customer bgt. Udah mah WA gratis apa susahnya informasi ke customer duluan kalo terapisnya berhalangan. Udah mah dateng jauh2. Wasting time. Wasting energy. Ogah reschedule lagi. Better cari tempat terapi yang beres deh.
Wasting really good time to come here! Here the staff doesn't really appreciate the customer! Make an appointment at 11.30 for children's physiotherapy. Take a weekdays schedule to minimize contact with many people. On the D-day in the middle of the trip I was about to get close to the clinic, at 11.30 I WA confirmed that it would be about 10 minutes late due to traffic jams. 10 minutes later just arrived and parked in his place, WA was just being rewarded, he said the therapist had an afternoon leave because the child was sick. Then he offered to change the schedule. WHY DO I CONFIRM FROM BEFORE ME WA YES? If you say it when I am still in the middle of a trip, it seems that it is still understandable because maybe it is urgent or what. This is what I just WA, so I WA first. There is no good intention. I don't really appreciate the customer. Already, WA is free, what is the difficulty of information to the customer first if the therapist is unavailable. I've come a long way. Wasting time. Wasting energy. Don't reschedule anymore. Better find a place for therapy deh deh.
