β β β β β Saya minta untuk bagian apoteker pengambilan obat bekerja lah secara jujur HR ini saya bawa anak saya berobat biyayanya 24rb sya byr 50rb kt apotekernya ad uang 4000 sy jwb TDK ad ad 5000 sy ksh 5000 berarti uang saya 55000 hrs kembali 31rb dong ini mlh sy terima 21rb kmn yg 10rbnya dn kejadian ini tidak hanya hri ini tp setiap sya berobat ya mngkn pasien yg lain tidak menyadari hal ini tp tidak dengan saya,kadang dr dokter biyayanya 21rb SMP apoteker 45rb hello u krj bgn GK bkl bisa kaya gk semua pasien punya bnyk uang toh kl ktnya puskesmas buka SMP malam w juga GK bkl berobat kesini selagi ad yg gratis dr pemerintah dn cocok SM klrga w tp Krn syng puskes GK ad SMP mlm jadi tolong utk karyawan apoteker klinik 24 jam bekerja lah secara jujur.kt datang kesitu utk berobat bukan untuk buang duit u pun jg NNT akan skt jd berpikir lah sebelum berbuat.yg hrs digaris bawahi bukan masalah uang 10rb tp kejujuran para apotekernya u kn sblm jd apoteker pk sumpah layaknya dokter ingt SM sumpah yg u bikin

β β β β β Gatau knp banyak yg review buruk klinik ini, mnurutku pelayanan apoteker memang gak terlalu ramah tp positif aja memang pengunjung banyak dan lg repot apalagi klinik 24 jam.. tapi 3 kali berobat aku cocok, harga nya jg murah 30rbuan. dokter botak katanya kasar di aku malah ramah krn aku ajak ngobrol pdhl tadinya jd takut... ?? kurangnya gak ada disediakan handsanitizer lg saat pandemi gini.
I don't know that there are many bad reviews of this clinic, in my opinion pharmacist service is not too friendly but it's positive that there are many visitors and more difficult especially the clinic 24 hours ... but 3 times the treatment I am suitable, the price is also cheap 30 thousand. The bald doctor said he was rude to me instead because I was friendly to talk to before I was afraid ... ?? Lack of handsanitizer was not provided during this pandemic.

β β β β β Klinik paling buruk.. Pengunjung banyak dan antrinya lama, kasih kek kipas angin buat kenyamanan pengunjung.. uda kurang ventilasi udara, pengap baunya, panas gada udara.. mending ke klinik lain mahal dikit tapi ga sumpek panas kya gni. Parah ini kipas angin ga smpe 400rb aja ga kebeli !! Tmpt kesehatan kok kaya gini suasananya.
The worst clinic ... Many visitors and long queues, love the fan for the convenience of visitors ... I have less air ventilation, musty smell, hot air bludgeon ... better go to other clinics a little expensive but not too hot. Even worse, the fan just doesn't go up to 400 thousand! How come it's health like this.

β β β β β Klinik terburuk sepanjang masa. Sistem pembayaran tidak update (masih harus cash, bahkan bayar pakai debit pun tidak bisa), ruang tunggu yang sempit dan terbatas, tidak ada pendingin ruangan, tidak ada sistem antrian nomor yang lebih efektif (melalui panggilan pasien berikutnya), apoteker tidak beri penjelasan langsung mengenai keterangan obat yang dibeli dan dikonsumsi oleh pasien bahkan disegel bungkus obatnya pun tidak ada keterengan penjelasan obatnya.
Dokter yang jaga di hari Rabu ketika saya berobat juga jutek dan seakan-akan tidak niat kerja lagi jadi dokter. Dokter terlalu judgemental, tempramental, tidak sopan, tidak mau diajak diskusi dan yang terparah tidak mau mendengarkan dengan baik keluhan sakit dari pasien. Ini juga betul-betul dokter terburuk sepanjang masa yang pernah saya temui. Setidaknya beri senyuman dan dengarkan pasien yang berobat ke sini ya dok. Saya lihat review yang lain ternyata juga ada yang serupa. Kalau memang tidak niat melayani, silahkan pensiun dgn tenang saja tanpa bikin pasien yang semula niat konsul malah jadi tambah sakit hati dengar ocehanmu.
Intinya tolong segera upgrade sistem klinik ini dan tinjau ulang dokter jaga di hari rabu ini

The doctor who was on duty on Wednesday when I was treated was also a jerk and seemed to have no intention of working as a doctor anymore. Doctors are too judgmental, temperamental, disrespectful, don't want to be discussed and the worst thing is that they don't want to listen properly to complaints from patients. This is also truly the worst doctor of all time I have ever met. At least give a smile and listen to the patients who seek treatment here, doc. I saw other reviews and it turns out that there are also similar ones. If you don't intend to serve, please retire quietly without making the patient who originally intended to be a consul even more hurt to hear your ramblings.
The point is, please immediately upgrade this clinic system and review the doctor on duty this Wednesday

β β β β β Recommended, buat yg ingin berobat Alhamdulillah sembuh dgn harga yg relatif murah atas izin Allah SWT,...... soal kenyamanan msh pantas lah, klo mau spesial cari klinik atau RS yg mahal aj itupun pasti msh ada kekurangan pasti selalu ada maaf ya klo tidak berkenan
Recommended, for those who want treatment, Alhamdulillah, recovered at a relatively cheap price with the permission of Allah SWT,...... the matter of comfort is still appropriate, if you want to look for a special clinic or hospital that is expensive, even then, there will still be shortcomings, there will always be sorry. if you don't like it

β β β β β Pelayan sangat buruk terutama utk para suster di meja pendaftaran, hari ini saya DTG berobat dgn ank saya, SMP meja pendaftaran d smbut tatapan sinis dr 2 suster di depan,lalu saya bilang MBK mau daftar,dia jwb duduk aj dlu Bu... Trs saya jwb lagi ... Oh duduk dlu ya ... Biasa nya dftar dlu MBK... D jwb dgn membentak iya duduk aj dlu Buu semua pasien Dsni jg blm PD dftar, spontan saya emosi & saya bergegas narik ank saya kluar SMP saya teriak ke suster itu *jgn judes2 MBK klo ngelayanin org* prtanyaan nya d bangku sdh ada 4/5 pasien yg duduk katanya blm dftar pdhl suster ada 4 org d depan, mau ngu SMP kapan ... & Tentang kelakuan suster itu mnrut saya gak cocok d taro d bagian pelayanan Krn mrk GK welcome dgn pasien & TDK beretika menurut saya, ulasan semua rata2 jelek hrs nya d adakan bimbingan trening utk para suster ini Krn makin ksni makin parah banget pelayanan nya, inget klinik ini rame mgkn Krn hrga nya yg murah ... Coba d bedah lagi tentang lain2 nya, contoh simpel pelayanan itu gak banget , mgkn para pasien trpksa brobat ksna Krn mslh tarif klinik ini murah bukan Krn bagus ... Hahah miriz ... & Skr saya PINDAH berobt ke sebelah klinik agape .saran tuh suster yg d situ jgn d biarkan zona nyaman bgtu, jadi semena2 sama pasien... Rombak orang2 nya, taro org baru dgn bekal pelayanan yg bagus pasti bisa berubah... Inget merubah image buruk itu susah jd jgn d bkin makin jelek
The waiters are very bad, especially for the nurses at the registration desk, today I went for treatment with my child, the junior high school registration desk was greeted with cynical looks from the 2 sisters in front, then I said MBK wanted to register, he said to sit down first ma'am... Trs I answered again... Oh, sit down first... Usually, MBK registers first... I answered by yelling, yes, just sit down Ma'am, all the patients here have not registered yet, I spontaneously got emotional and I rushed to take my child out of my middle school shout at the nurse *don't be rude to MBK when serving people* the question is on the bench there are already 4/5 patients sitting, they say they haven't been registered yet, but the nurse has 4 people in front, when do you want to go to middle school... & about the nurse's behavior, I don't think so suitable to be put in the service section because they are not welcome with patients & ethical TDK in my opinion, all reviews are averagely bad, there should be a training guide for these nurses because the service is getting worse now, remember this clinic is busy maybe because of the high price cheap ... Try surgery again about the others, a simple example of this service That's not really good, maybe the patients are being tried for treatment because of the problem that the clinic's rates are cheap, not because it's good... Hahah miriz... & I'm currently moving to the next door to the Agape clinic. The nurse who was there, don't leave the comfort zone like that, so arbitrarily with patients... Break up the people, put new people with good service provision, they can definitely change... Remember changing a bad image is difficult so don't make it worse

β β β β β Dear klink otista 24jam. Pelayanan yg sangat tidak bagus sekitar pukul 21.30. Disini saya bukan cuma sekali berobat disini bahkan bisa terbilang sering seluruh keluarga saya tdk pernah ada kejadian seperti ini. Hari ini bapak saya nganterin kakek saya berobat disitu, setelah ingin registrasi ternyata susternya membentak bapak saya didepan umum karna tdk menemukan nama kakek saya. Dan susternya bilang knapa tdk yg sakit aja yg regis. Suster gila masa iya kakek saya lg sakit suruh regis sendiri. Makanya kalo kerja cari dulu yg bener baru ngoceh2. Laen kali cara bicaranya harus yg sopan terhadap orang yg lebih tua!!! Foto susternya yg tengah. Ini laporan dari bapak saya.
