★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 kali Periksa Kehamilan, 1 Kali umum, 2 kali Bpjs, allhamdulillah, periksa dg bu bidan vita, mb nya enak, ramah, dijelasin sampai detail banget, tanya2 juga enak, Rencanab mau lahiran disini, semoga besok pas lahiran, bidanya ramah, baik, sabar, Jadi lahiran anak pertama nya bisa happy
Check for pregnancy 3 times, 1 general time, 2 times Bpjs, allhamdulillah, check with midwife Vita, mb is delicious, friendly, explained in great detail, good questions too, plan to be born here, hopefully tomorrow will be delivered, the bid is friendly, good , be patient, so the birth of the first child can be happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dan staffnya sich bagus & ramah2 semua. tp SAYA SANGAT KECEWA SEKALI DENGAN PELAYANAN dr Agus Purnomo kata- katanya tidak enak didengar ditelinga.. Istri saya sakit gigi periksa disana lalu mau minta surat kErangan sakit e malah dibilang "Cuma sakit gigi aja g berangkat kerja?kerja itu g pake gigi"sehingga istri saya sampe nangis.Knp harus bilang gt.Sangat disayangkan sekali.
The service and staff are all good & friendly. but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH Dr. Agus Purnomo's SERVICE. His words were not pleasant to the ears.. My wife had a toothache. Checked there and then wanted to ask for a letter to complain about being sick. Instead, she was told "It's just a toothache, don't go to work? Work doesn't use teeth" so my wife was crying. Why should I say gt. It's very unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau menurut saya dokter disini kurang memuaskan.Waktu saya jatuh dari motor trus kaki ada yg sobek, saya bawa ke sini. eh dokternya kayak gak pengalaman gitu dan gak mau jahit, yg bersihin luka sama jahit cuma perawatnya. Untuk perawatnya cukup ramah. Trus saat kontrol pertama ketemu sama dokter yg lain. Dokternya sudah tua laki2. Cuma liatin luka aja. Gak tanya apa2, gak ngejelasin apa2. Saya ngeluh badan sakit semua. Cuma bilang iya2, terus disuruh keluar.
In my opinion, the doctor here is not satisfactory. When I fell from the motorbike and there was a torn leg, I brought it here. uh the doctor doesn't seem to have that experience and doesn't want to sew, the only one who cleans the wound and sews is the nurse. The nurse is friendly enough. Then when the first control met another doctor. The doctor is an old man. Just look at the wound. Don't ask anything, don't explain anything. I complained about all the pain in my body. Just said yes, then told to come out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan staff cukup baik tapi dokter poli umum sorenya tidak komunikatif dan kurang memberikan kesempatan pada pasien menyampaikan keluhannya.
The staff service is quite good, but the general poly doctor in the afternoon is not communicative and does not give patients the opportunity to express their complaints.
