★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selamat pagi, saya sangat kecewa dengan staf Klinik naura. pada tanggal 29 September jam 07.00 pagi saya ingin bertanya tentang keinginan konsultasi untuk adik saya, untuk konsultasi kepada dokter Obgyn. Saya menceritakan bahwa adik saya ada rencana ingin keluar kota menggunakan transportasi pesawat dan kereta sehingga ada keinginan untuk mengetahui dan memastikan apakah keadaan adik saya layak bisa naik pesawat dan bisa meminta surat keterangan tidak bisa vaksin COVID 19 karena sebagai persyaratan maskapai. dengan aroganya yang menerima telpon adalah seorang Bidan an. Bidan D*s* sebagai staf Klinik Naura , ybs menjawab. sakit apa? saya menjawab bilang riwayat sakit asma dan pernah ditolak gugus covid di bandung pada saat mau vaksin. Bidan tersebut menjawab "itu bisa kok divaksin gak masalah". Saya langsung merespon dan protes kok anda bisa menentukan langsung bisa vaksin, jika adik saya kenapa2 atau sampai mengakibatkan meninggal bagaimana??, anda kok bisa seperti itu? hati hati ya ini bukan wewenang anda. dan dengan aroganya bidan Dessy menjawab SAYA INI ORANG MEDIS. sebegitu sombongnya dia mengatakan tenaga medis, padahal dalam perundang-undangan diatur seorang BIDAN itu adalah tergolong NAKES lainya bukan tenaga Staf Medik. bukan hal itu saja yang membuat saya kecewa karena saya baik-baik ingin daftarin konsultasi untuk adik saya tapi responya sok sekali seperti memiliki WEWENANG DALAM MENENTUKAN BISA VAKSIN COVID 19 , PADAHAL SEORANG BIDAN dan belum bertemu uunntuk memerisa adik saya. Alhasil saya pergi ke RS terdekat untuk konsultasi kehamilan adik saya apakah layak naik pesawat dan menyampaikan penyakitnya, dokter spesialinya objektif dan santai santai saja tuh memberikan keterangan. dan malah adik saya dikasih nasehat-nasehat jangan dipaksa untuk vaksin kalau dalam keadaan tidak sehat sesuai diagnosa dokter.
Mohon tanggapan dari manajemen Klinik Naura DEPOK ya kenapa bidan D*s* tersebut melakukan wewenang yang bukan menjadi fungsinya sebagai bidan. saya sangat kecewa ... terimakasih

I told my sister that there was a plan to go out of town using plane and train transportation, so I wanted to know and confirm whether my sister's condition was suitable to be able to board a plane and could request a certificate of not being able to get the COVID-19 vaccine because it was an airline requirement. with his arrogance the one who received the call was a midwife. The D*s* midwife as a staff of Naura Clinic answered. What pain? I replied that I had a history of asthma and was rejected by the Covid group in Bandung when I wanted a vaccine. The midwife replied "it can be vaccinated, no problem". I immediately responded and protested, how come you can determine that you can get vaccinated right away, what if my sister did it or it resulted in her death? How can you be like that? Be careful, this is not your jurisdiction. and with arrogance midwife Dessy answered I AM A MEDICAL PERSON. he was so arrogant that he said medical personnel, even though the law stipulates that a midwife is classified as another NAKES, not medical staff. that's not the only thing that makes me disappointed because I'm fine, I want to register for a consultation for my sister but the response is very pretentious like having the AUTHORITY IN DETERMINING THE COVID-19 VACCINE, EVEN A MIDWIFE and has not met to check on my sister. As a result, I went to the nearest hospital to consult my sister's pregnancy whether it was worth getting on a plane and conveying her illness, the specialist doctor was objective and relaxed, he gave information. and even my sister was given advice not to be forced to vaccinate if she is not healthy according to the doctor's diagnosis.
Please respond from the management of the DEPOK Naura Clinic, why is the D*s* midwife carrying out an authority that is not her function as a midwife. I'm very disappointed...thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bagian pendaftaran ok koq. Tegas dan cepat. Cuma kebijakan kliniknya agak lucu. Orang lg sakit, demam, meriang, ternyata positif covid, malah disuruh nunggu dokternya di luar klinik. Saya paham ini juga untuk melindungi yg non covid. Namun saran saya, alangkah baiknya jika disediakan ruang tunggu terpisah.
The registration service is ok. Firm and fast. Only the clinic policy is a bit funny. People are sick, have a fever, have a fever, it turns out that they are positive for Covid, and they are even told to wait for the doctor outside the clinic. I understand this is also to protect non-covid ones. But my advice, it would be nice if a separate waiting room was provided.

Kartika, ramah dan edukatif dokternya. kalo dokter gigi ke drg. iqbal dan drg. purwina. Sekarang makin interaktif di medsos juga, mantap!
Subscribing clinic.. if your child and family get sick, come here.. have your family's dental check-up here too.. receive telecommunication insurance. if you go to a general practitioner, you often go to dr. Kartika, friendly and educative doctor. if the dentist goes to drg. iqbal and drg. purwina. Now it's more interactive on social media too, great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ponakan sunat janjian sama dokter jam 6 pagi, tpi sy datang jam -6 lewat dikit...gak lama dokter datang pukul 06.00.. proses sunat jam -7 selesai... Tpi disuruh nunggu bagian obatnya belum buka, buka jam 07.00 padahal ponakan sy habis sunat kondisi mual.. jam 07.00 bagian klinik dan apotekernya datang?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisa antigen dan PCR. Per hari di jatah 15 aja. Jadiga tentu sampai jam berapa. Kalau antigen sampai jam 9 malam aja. Hasil antigen kurang lebih 20menitan di kasih surat dan ada di Peduli Lindungi. Harganya ada di foto ya.
