★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daftar untuk dokter gigi jam 06.00, chat gak dibales telp gak diangkat. Datang jam 17.00 katanya sudah penuh, alasanya sudah ganti no hp sebulan yg lalu, padahal 3 minggu yang lalu sudah berkunjung dan terhubung ke no tersebut. Apakah ini yg disebut pelayanan bpjs?
 Register for the dentist at 06.00, chat is not answered, the phone is not picked up. Came at 17.00 he said it was full, the reason was that he changed his cellphone number a month ago, even though 3 weeks ago he visited and was connected to that number. Is this the so-called bpjs service?

Pelayanan nya jelekkk
Sekali saya periksa kandungan kesitu
Selanjutnya pindah cari yang ramah, sopan, dan melayani dg baik.
Inget ya attitude itu nomer satu dimanapun, karna rasa nyaman akan membuat kita sbg pasien bakal balik lagi ke klinik tsb.
Saya ga merasa rugi sekalipun bayar mahal, tp sikap dan attitude sangat disayangkan.
Semoga jd pelajaran kdepan nya..

The service is bad
Once I checked the content there
Then move on to find someone who is friendly, polite, and serves well.
Remember, attitude is number one everywhere, because a sense of comfort will make us as patients return to the clinic again.
I don't feel like it's a loss even if I pay a lot, but my attitude and attitude is very unfortunate.
Hopefully it will be a lesson for the future..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all klinik yg sama sekali tidak peduli dengan pasien baik dari pelayanan maupun nakesnya , apalagi klo berobat pake BPJS ,,
Cuma 1 yg bagus tempatnya doang..
Over all a clinic that doesn't really care about patients, both in terms of services and health workers, especially if you use BPJS for treatment,,
Only 1 good place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama periksa hamil di bidan waktu awal2 pelayanannya agak ketus, tp Alhamdulillah semakin kesini lebih ramah.. saran saya kalau mau periksa bidan pagi. Krna mungkin petugas jg moodnya masih bagus hehe.. kalau untuk dokter umum, setiap dokter pelayanannya beda2, suami saya pernah sakit ga dikasih surat dokter, katanya sakit dispepsia itu tergolong ringan.. pdhl suamiku sampe ga masuk kerja 2hari krna memang sakitnya sering kambuh2 sudah lama. Setelah itu besoknya berobat lg beda dokter, ngomong apa adanya trs dpt surat dokter deh. Jadi.. ya.. bintang 4 cukup ya.. terima kasih
During the pregnancy check-up at the midwife at first the service was a bit curt, but Alhamdulillah, it's getting friendlier here... my advice if you want to check with the midwife in the morning. Because maybe the officers are still in a good mood hehe.. for general practitioners, each doctor's service is different, my husband was sick without a doctor's letter, he said that dyspepsia was mild.. even though my husband didn't come to work for 2 days because the pain often recurred. long. After that, the next day, I went to a different doctor for treatment, I said what it was, then I got a doctor's letter. So.. yes.. 4 stars is enough huh.. thank you
