★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service baik dan sesuai apa yg patut didapat. Dokter, perawat lugas tegas dalam edukasi, resepsionis dan apoteker baik dalam pelayanan.
 Service is good and according to what you deserve. Doctors, nurses are straightforward in education, receptionists and pharmacists are good in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadinya cuma jalan doang ke cikarang.. Sekalian deh mampir dulu ada klinik.. Mau test antigen dulu.. Tempatnya bagus.. Karyawan nya.. Mang Amir namanya.. Ngelayanin banget.. Baru kali ini ke klinik di sambut kaya gini.. Makasih yaa buat pelayanannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk..bagian administrasi/Customer Service tidak sopan sama sekali...terutama ibu" yg pendek ,berhijab...saya minta surat dokter mlh di bilang "suruh siapa tdi GK minta" dengan nada tinggi ....dokternya ramah dan tempatnya nyaman...sayang pelayanan di bagian administrasinya mengecewakan...tolong di perbaiki
The service is very bad..the administration/Customer Service section is not polite at all...especially the short, hijab-wearing mother...I asked for a doctor's letter, but it said "tell who GK asked for" in a high tone ....the doctor was friendly and the place is comfortable... it's a shame the service in the administration is disappointing... please fix it

Very unfriendly 1 star, the receptionist is really bitchy. Asked for a referral letter to give it skd, treatment from 9 hours set 12 is not over yet

Not friendly, fierce, jutek judesss, when you're sick, it feels like you're going to heal right away, the muffler is back NOT RECOMMENDED BGT ORIGINAL!!! MANY STAR RATING ️ but NO IMPROVEMENT!!! I hope the high school doctor will be sick and then get the same service as himself to the customer Amen!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya buruk banget masa ktp ama bpjs saya di lempar ngasih nya, nga sopan dong, disini gua juga bayar walaupun pake bpjs, ciri” nya udah rada tua aga pendek yang jaga hari ini, tanggal 09/02/22, yang lain aja pada ramah heran gua, dan ternyata yang komen buruk tentang dia bukan gua aja, yang lain juga ngeluhin, di ganti dong sayang klinik nya bagus, cuma gara” 1 orang jadi jelek kan rurigi ??? Coba semuanya kaya ibu yang ga pake kerudung ramah banget dia. Ada orang langsung di bantu cpet, maaf cuma meluapkan emosi aja ????
The service is really bad, when my ID card and bpjs are thrown away, it's not polite, here I also pay even though I use bpjs, the characteristics are a bit old and short, the guard today, 09/02/22, just the others on friendly, surprised me, and it turned out that the bad comments about him weren't just me, others also complained, please change it, unfortunately the clinic is good, just because "1 person is ugly, right, Rurigi Try everything like a mother who doesn't wear a veil, very friendly he.
