Hari ini 17 Februari 2022, saya datang ke klinik dengan lemah krn menahan demam sampai menggigil. Jam 4.30 pagi.
Tulisan didepan jelas terpampang nyata BUKA. tapi pintu dikunci dan gelap.
Sudah tekan bel, dan salah satu org entah security atau apa. Keluar dr bagian dalam. Dan TIDAK MEMBUKA PINTU. Hanya mondar mandir di pendaftaran lalu masuk.
GILA sih ini. Kalo orang sekarat gimana. Kalo ga niat buka 24 jam. Jangan berlabel 24 dong. Mana istirahat mulu.
Semenjak pindah di hj . Kana makin amcur pelayanan nya.
Gausah berkembang kalo bgtuu.

Today is February 17, 2022, I came to the clinic weak because I was holding a fever until I was shivering. 4.30 am.
The writing on the front is clearly displayed, OPEN. but the door was locked and it was dark.
I have pressed the bell, and one of the people is either security or something. Come out from the inside. And DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR. Just paced at registration then logged in.
this is CRAZY. What if people die? If you don't want to be open 24 hours. Don't be labeled 24 dong. Where's the rest?
Since moving to hj . The service is getting worse and worse.
Don't grow if that's the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susah banget buat perpanjang atau buat rujukan ke rs pake BPJS. Udh bolak-balik berkali2. Sehari kuota rujukan dibatesin cm 5 orang, tulisannya di klinik jam 6 pagi tapi ke sana jam 5 subuh udah abis kuotanya. Ternyata kata yg antri pd dtg dr jam set 4 subuh tp satpamnya ga ada. Tolonglah jangan mempersulit! Gmn kl org yg lg butuh bgt. Hak kita sbg wrga negara utk bs dpt fasilitas kesehatan yg baik. Lagipula BPJS jg bayar tiap bulan
It's very difficult to extend or make referrals to hospitals using BPJS. Been back and forth many times. A day the referral quota is limited to 5 people, the writing is at the clinic at 6 am but when you go there at 5 in the morning the quota is over. It turned out that the word in the queue came at 4 am but the security guard wasn't there. Please don't make it difficult! What about people who really need it. It is our right as citizens of the country to get good health facilities. After all, BPJS also pays every month

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman yg sangat buruk sekali terutama dengan Dr. T**i, semoga Dr. T**i diberi hidayah dan ganjaran sesuai perbuatannya...Aamiin. Surat Rujukan ke RS dibatasi hanya 5 per hari (Peraturan/Kebijakan Klinik yg Aneh), kayak faskes klinik ini paling lengkap (bagus) aja pake dibatesin. Ini sama saja orang sakit gak boleh berobat ke RS. Kalo minimal ada nilai rating bintang 0, saya kasih 0, bintang 1 masih terlalu baik.
Very bad experience especially with Dr. T**i, I hope Dr. T**i are given guidance and reward according to their deeds... Amen. Referral letters to hospitals are limited to only 5 per day (Odd Clinic Regulations/Policies), like this clinic's health facility is the most complete (good). It's the same as sick people can't go to the hospital for treatment. If there is at least a 0 star rating, I give 0, 1 star is still too good.
