★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas lengkap dan ekonomis. Tapi sayangnya bagian cs tidak teliti, pernah saat proses pembayaran dengan debet dia salah menuliskan nominal dan sudh terlnjr d print. Itupun penyelesainnya lamban dan cara bicara kurang ramah, sering tidak berkenan di hati.
 Complete and economical facilities. But unfortunately the CS section is not thorough, once during the payment process by debit he wrote the wrong amount and it was printed. Even then, the completion is slow and the way of speaking is not friendly, often displeasing to the heart.

Doctor's practice is less scheduled, often cancels, eventually the patient piles up, controls are not routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama kali sangat baik dari mulai receptionist, dan dokter gigi umum sangat ramah. Sehingga saya meneruskan perawatan yg dilakukan sampai ke dokter konservasi gigi yang sangat tidak teliti, tidak ramah dan memgerjakannya asal asalan.Ketika saya bertanya tindakan apa yang akan dilakukan dokternya hanya bilang sepintas dengan juteknya dan sambil melanjutkan treatment. Mungkin Ibu Dokter Gigi sedang ada masalah keluarga kali yah.
Jujur buat saya pribadi saya tidak akan pernah datang lagi ke klinik ini, kejadian ini menjadi pengalaman yang sangat berharga ketika mau ke klinik gigi betul betul dilihat reviewnya.
The first impression was very good from the receptionist and general dentist to be very friendly. So I continued the treatment until I reached a dental conservation doctor who was very careless, unfriendly and peddled it carelessly. When I asked what action the doctor would take, he just said in passing and continued the treatment. Maybe the Dentist Mother is having a family problem.
Honestly, for me personally, I will never come to this clinic again, this incident is a very valuable experience when I want to go to the dental clinic, it can be seen from the review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah langganan sejak bertahun-tahun yang lalu, tapi sangat kecewa pelayanan sekarang sangat buruk. Mendaftar sejak 10 hari sebelum jadwal supaya bisa dapat jadwal pukul 10.00 pagi, hari H saya konfirmasi ternyata tidak tercatat. Kemudian dijadwalkan pukul 10.45. Ya sudah saya terima. Datang lebih awal (pukul 10.15), ternyata dokter gigi baru datang pukul 10.30, dan saya diberi tahu bahwa saya tetap antrean nomor 4. Akhirnya baru dilayani pukul 11.30.
Tidak ada respek sama sekali terhadap waktu pasien dan komitmen yang sudah dibuat sejak sebelumnya, tidak sebanding dengan harga layanannya.
Been a subscriber since many years ago, but very disappointed service is now very bad. Registered 10 days before the schedule so that I can get a schedule at 10:00 am, on the day I confirmed it was not recorded. Then scheduled for 10:45. Yes, I have received it. Arrived early (10.15 am), it turned out that the new dentist came at 10.30, and I was told that I was still in line number 4. Finally got served at 11.30.
No respect at all for patient time and commitments made long ago, not worth the price of the service.

Great father and daughter team!
Before entering their office, i was a litle nervous i would be over charged because i am obviously a foreigner.
I was greeted politely and with smiles, typical Java fashion (i love Java people, soo kind).
The father is around 70 and the daughter cute and obviously intelligent so i knew i was in Good hands ?. I needed 2 fillings and a cleaning. I felt no pain and had no pain medicine ?. Excellent job.
In the end the bill was much higher than i expected, i was a bit angry but it was my fault because i didnt re-confirm before sitting in the chair.
I paid my bill and left vowing not to return.
A few days later while in Bali, i received an amazingly sweet message informing me i had over paid and would be given a refund! The message was very sweet and apologetic.
This is high integrity....they had my money, they didnt need to message me...but they did...typical Java fashion.
Pain free dental work, friendly service, and Integrity.....what's not to like!?
