★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pilih disini karna deket rumah tp ternyata pelayanan nya jelek banget, saya abis jatuh ketabrak tp tetep disuru nunggu dulu, ambil nomer antrian dan daftar dl gk lgsng ditangani, seenggaknya dilihat dl gt. Ternyata yg pendaftaran nya aja yg gak care orang kerja di bidang jasa kesehatan kok cuek bgt, daftarin aja duduk bersila dikursi, walopun udh ditutupin masi aja keliatan.
tp perawat yg tensi bagus, liat aku jalannya rada timpang langsung ditanya kenapa, yah walopun tetep aja gk lgsng dia tangani, tetep suru nunggu lagi dan tetep gk dilihat dl
I chose here because it's close to my house but the service turned out to be really bad, I was hit by a crash but I was told to wait first, take the queue number and register on it, it wasn't handled right away, at least I saw it in gt. It turns out that it's just the ones who register who don't care about people working in the health services sector, how come they're so ignorant, just register and sit cross-legged on a chair, even though it's been covered up, it's still visible.
But the nurse who had good blood pressure, saw that I was walking a little lame and was immediately asked why, well even though she still couldn't handle it, she kept waiting for more and still couldn't see it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon mv kepada para karyawan makmur jaya yth! Kenapa si kabanyakan ngobrol nya ampe brisik tau sy nganter anak sy lagi sakit ampe ga nyaman banget! Ini klinik pasti buat orang sakit harus nya teneng donk bukan pada asik gobrol ga jelas! Nunggu Obat antri ga! lama nya ampe banget semoga klaurga kalian selalu sehat! Dokter juga harusnya priksa donk pasien ga cuma gobrol tnya doank udah sy bayar x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, tidak ramah padahal pembayaran pribadi bukan BPJS. Ditambah karyawan dari mulai bagian administrasi sampe perawat dan apoteker doyan ngobrol.
Mau minta surat dokter aja disuruh kebawah kekasir dulu trus naik lagi kedokter, terus turun lagi kependaftaran baru cetak surat dokter. Ribet bgt naik turun tangganya untuk orang sakit.
Biaya dokter 80rb untuk klinik kecil dan dengan pelayanan seperti itu sih kemahalan. Ruang tunggu tidak nyaman.
Ini pertama kali dan terakhir kalinya berobat di Klinik Makmur Jaya.
Bad service, not friendly even though personal payments are not BPJS. Plus employees from the administration section to nurses and pharmacists love to chat.
If you want to ask for a doctor's letter, you are told to go down to the cashier first, then go up to the doctor, then go down again to register and then print the doctor's letter. It's very complicated going up and down the stairs for sick people.
The doctor's fee is 80 thousand for a small clinic and with services like that, it's too expensive. The waiting room is uncomfortable.
This is the first and last time for treatment at the Makmur Jaya Clinic.

Keren dan membantu sekali buat masyarakat sekitar, apalagi selama pandemi kemaren jarang bgt klinik yg buka pelayanan 24 jam jadi menurut saya bener2 rekomend bgt buat masyarakat yg butuh pelayanan cepat dan tepat? sukses selalu klinik Makmur Jaya?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KLINIK GILA! Dari dulu bangunan kecil sampe sekarang tetep sampah pelayanannya. Kalo bukan karena faskes bpjs terdekat yg 24 jam, udah pindah gue!
Pelayanan Kesehatan kok pengen kaya kantor. Jam 12-1 gak mau ngelayanin, mau istirahat. Padahal kondisi sepi, kenapa gak ganti2an, atau dokter incharge cari2 waktu buat sholat, makan dan istirahat, jangan 1 jam bulet mau istirahat gak mau ngelayanin.
Hey yg dateng kesini itu pasien, bukan tamu. Kami datang dalam keadaan tahan sakit, bukan segar bugar dan siap menunggu kalian makan dan ngobrol2 cekakakan sampe kedengaran di depan!!
CRAZY CLINIC! From the first small building until now, the service is still trash. If it wasn't for the closest 24-hour bpjs health facility, I would have moved!
Why do health services want to be like an office? At 12-1, I don't want to serve, I want to take a break. Even though the conditions are quiet, why don't you replace them, or the incharge doctor is looking for time to pray, eat and rest, don't take 1 hour to take a break, don't want to serve.
Hey, those who come here are patients, not guests. We came sick, not fresh and ready to wait for you to eat and chat loudly until you can hear it up front!!
