Sepertinya SOP belum tersosialisasikan dengan baik kepada seluruh stafnya. Sehingga informasi yg saya dapatkan melalui telephon dan ketika saya datang langsung ke lokasi, BERBEDA.
Terus terang, ini merugikan dari segi waktu, biaya, dan tenaga, karena saya sudah terlanjur datang ke lokasi.
Disappointing.
It seems that SOP has not been well socialized to all staff. So the information that I got via telephone and when I came directly to the location, was DIFFERENT.
Frankly, this is detrimental in terms of time, cost, and energy, because I've already come to the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa kali ke drg. Rizca untuk periksa gigi anak. Dokternya baik banget, komunikatif dan sangat informatif. Biayanyapun sangat amat terjangkau sekali. Highly recommended.
Tentang pelayanannya, baik di administratif maupun apotek, saya maklum karena masih anak-anak muda, yang mungkin masih belum sesuai harapan, lack of customer excellency. Tapi ini klinik kecil yang lumayan sepi, don't expect much.
Bintang 5/5 untuk drg. Rizca nya ya.
Several times to drg. Rizca to check the child's teeth. The doctor is very kind, communicative and very informative. The cost is very, very affordable. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya harga sangat diluar batas wajar. Ondancentron 8mg adalah obat generik, cefixime 200 harga tidak sampai 80k. Dan masih bnyak yang ganjal. Lebih memilih ke klinik supaya lbh ringan dari rs trnyata tagihannya seperti rs swasta bahkan rs swasta tidak seprti ini. Semoga pihak limomedicare bisa melihat keluhan ini. Terlepas dri itu semua terimakasih sudah merawat dengan baik. #salamsejawat :)
I think the price is beyond reasonable limits. Ondancentron 8mg is a generic drug, cefixime 200 price is not up to 80k. And there's still a lot of confusion. Preferring to go to the clinic so that it is lighter than the hospital, in fact the bills are like private hospitals, even private hospitals are not like this.
