★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangaaat lambaaaaattttttttt. Kasian udh bnyak pasien sakit harus nunggu lamaaa. Dan akhirnya klo udh ngantri bnyak jg yg balik lagi g jdi brobatnya . Parah sih ini nunggunya tuh bisa stengah harian sumpah . Pelayanan kurang baik jga
Very slow service. It's a shame that so many sick patients have to wait a long time. And finally, if you've already queued, there are a lot of people who come back and don't become the brobat. It's really bad that waiting for it can take half a day, I swear. Service is not good either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Klinik terburuk. Saya datang jam 15:00 WIB, dilayani jam 16:30 WIB tanpa antrian dan Dokter umum yang notabene bertugas 24jam izin ada keperluan dan kembali lagi diatas jam 19:30 WIB. Hal ini sudah saya alami 2x.
Worst Clinic Service. I came at 15:00 WIB, served at 16:30 WIB without a queue and the General Practitioner who was on duty 24 hours a day there was a need and returned again at 19:30 WIB. I have experienced this twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya alhamdulillah baik selama sy Dan keluarga berobat disini. Dokter nya jg sangat ramah, saat bulan puasa kemaren anak anak diberi hadiah mukena, Dan be berapa bulan yg lalu jg diberi seperangkat alat makan. Disini kuota pasien nya dibatasi...bisa daftar online. Alhamdulillah smg klinik L'syifa selalu sukses, istiqomah Dan lebih baik lagi.
Thank God the service is good as long as I and my family are treated here. The doctor is also very friendly, during the fasting month yesterday the children were given a mukena as a gift, and a few months ago they were also given a set of cutlery. Here the patient quota is limited...you can register online. Alhamdulillah, may the L'Syifa clinic always be successful, istiqomah and even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu pindah faskes kesini karna bagus, saya cocok dengan obatnya.
Tapi sekarang kok pelayanan receptionis nya kurang informatif dan gak ramah. Ketika ditanya selalu buang muka sambil jawab ketus. Sorry to say pelayanan dokternya juga kurang, saya mengalami keluhan sakit tenggorokan, namun sama sekali tidak di cek dengan seksama, saya hanya di tensi saja. Dan sudah berkali-kali berobat sidokternya sibuk nonton yutub lah, sibuk main hp lah. Parahnya lagi saat memberikan resep dokter kok ya ditanya obat BPJS atau paten ?
Kan BPJS saya juga bayar pak.
Ini kejadian udh 2x begini, udh minum obat nya gapernah ada perubahan sama sekali.
Untuk kejadian yg pertama saya balik lagi, dan dokternya bilang makannya kalo brobat pake obat paten aja ya buuu. Astaghfirullah ngelus dada denger bgtuu. Saya harus bayar lagi buat obat patennya.

Sorry to say the doctor's service is also lacking, I have a sore throat complaint, but it wasn't checked carefully at all, I was just under tension. And already many times for treatment, the doctor is busy watching YouTube, busy playing cellphone. Worse yet, when giving a doctor's prescription, why are you asked about BPJS or patent drugs?
My BPJS also pays, sir.
This has happened twice like this, after taking the medicine, there has been no change at all.
For the first incident, I came back again, and the doctor said that if you are brobat, just use a patent medicine, ma'am. Astaghfirullah rubs his chest when he hears that. I have to pay again for the patent medicine.
