★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bersihin karang gigi menggunakan bpjs ditolak padahal setelah saya melakukan laporan terkait masalah tersebut ke pihak bpjs dibilang bisa ditanggung bpjs tpi di klinik ini ga bisa dan susah minta rujukan.
Cleaning the tartar using the BPJs was rejected even though after I made a report regarding the problem to the BPPs it was said that it could be borne by the bpjs but the clinic was unable and difficult to ask for referrals.

Saya baru saja memutuskan pindah faskes bpjs kesini tapi saat berobat malah dibilang belum aktif bpjsnya pdhl saya sudah memastikan ke bpjs bahwa akun saya sdh aktif. tapi pihak front officenya blng "belum aktif paling 1 bln lgi"
I have been here several times but the doctor's service is good. but for the front office it's really not ...
I just decided to move the health facility here, but when I went for treatment, it was said that it wasn't active, but I already made sure to the BPJs that my account was active. but the front office is "not active at least 1 month later"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak w sakit diare muntah panas lemes ogah makan udah 4 hari,, pas w coba ke tu klinik parah,, anak w yg sakit kaga di sentuh secuil pun sama tuh dokter umum,, mana jutek bgt muka,, udah gtu terlalu over bgt penjagaan pas lagi tatap muka sm tuh dokter,, suara ampuuuuuunn pelit bgt w sampe kek org budek nanya mulu yg dy omongin..
Mahal lagi obat cuma dpt 2,,klo ga karna dokter langganan w tutup mah mending w le dr Ferri yg di perumnas 4 beuh klo ngejelasin detail bgt penyebab si anak knp bisa diare, apa aja penanganan yg harus di lakukan, pasti badan anak w juga di periksa.
Biar w tau gmn kondisi di dlm tubuh anak w.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi siang kb dan dipermasalahim bgt, sy yg tdnya disitu sllu kb dr sy baru slesai persalinan dan kb dr awal sampe skrg ank sy udh 10bln tp dihari ini td sy kecewa gamau lagi berobat atau kb disitu sumpah parah bgt, dan sy tanya ternyata org baru smua kalo diceritain kejadiannya gmn panjang bgt sy udh muak segala diduitin tp gpp ikhlas cmn masih gasuka aja sm caranya bnrbnr bikin kecewa sy gamau lg brbt dan kb disitu pkonya ini bkn soal dokternya kalo dokternya bagus bgt ok. Tolong dong ditangani.
