Good service. From my childhood until I was as big as hoha the doctor was good and friendly. The price was expensive too. Different from other clinics

Yesterday I intended to go to Dr. Ratna's clinic. But until he got to the place, the clinic was closed. My family and I subscribe to it here. In the past, when I went for treatment I parked in an empty house in front of this clinic, because most of the patients used to park there too. Yesterday when I found that this clinic was closed, I decided to shop at the vegetable shop next door which was very busy (no place for delivery). Seeing that the parking lot opposite the mosque was also full at that time, finally I parked in the empty house where I used to park when I went to the clinic. The place was still the same, and dim. When I stayed at the shop for about 7-8 minutes, my brother on the motorbike was waiting for me. When I returned, my motorcycle had been moved across the mosque and shouted at by the doctor. The incident was quite long, he blamed me for parking in his garage which I didn't know at all (there is no writing prohibited from parking even the gate is wide open, with the condition of the land which is quite neglected I think this land is an empty house whose function is still the same, namely a place parking for patients of this clinic). Knowing that this land belonged to him, I apologized but I was showered with yells, and my neighbors left the house. Sorry, my intention was to seek treatment but the clinic was closed, I parked where I used to park when I was treated, I don't know that now the land belongs to the doctor (although the shape is still the same). But I was a little disappointed because I apologized for the case of not knowing, but instead I was humiliated in public. ------------------------------- My reply, Ngapunten, mom. If you say I'm being defensive and don't apologize, that's a big mistake. Because I clearly said "Yes, I don't know sir. I'm sorry." Obviously in that remark I apologize. And that's all that came out of my mouth, after a shower of yells. After that, I was still showered with yells. I was disappointed, and I was sad because my brother did not escape the yells from my father before I came. I really don't know and I already apologized (my position was shouted at), and still shouted at my neighbors to leave. If you ordered, I didn't apologize at that time, so now you (ngapunten) are on the defensive. Truly Allah is All-Knowing and Most Just. Krapyak clinic is a customer of our extended family. I will give a rating of 4, even though my heart is confused and still very disappointed because I was humiliated in public yesterday. The facilities are adequate, but the treatment is one of service excellence which here I am disappointed. With a big heart and humbled I gave a rating of 4 even though I was very disappointed with the treatment yesterday. Thanks.

Comfortable clinic. Friendly service, professional and most important at this time: CHEAP. Especially close to the environment of students of Al Munawir Krapyak Islamic Boarding School, Jogjakarta. Unfortunately there are no pharmacies as well. Preferably and it seems that patients are more happy if there is a pharmacy. So, you can go straight home and take medicine.
