★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya stiap skt, sya dan kluarga sll berobat ke klinik ini krn obatnya cocok terlebih lg jika yg menangani adalah Dr B....
Namun sejak pandemic, anak sya pernah demam tinggi dan berobat ke klinik kharisma sprt biasa. Tapi krn pandemic ini, Dr B.... menangani pasien amat sangat tidak profesional. Keluhan anak sya adalah demam, paham lah ya pandemic gini org pst parno jika ada yg demam tp tolong lah sbg dokter hrsny lbh profesional. Si Dr B.... memeriksa anak sya dg stetoskop yg menggunakan gagang sepanjang 1 meter. Sungguh lebay...tdk ada cek tenggorokan, tdk ada cek bagian mata. Tdk ada diagnosa apapun. Anak saya hnya di ksh obat demam, antibiotik dan vitamin. Obat sprt itu saya bisa beli di apotik dan ga perlu ke dokter.
Ok lah sya berikan obat dari Dr B...ke anak saya, namun panas tak juga kunjung menurun. Justru semakin tinggi demamnya. Akhirnya sore hari saya bawa anak sya ke dokter di klinik lain, dan ternyata amandel anak saya membesar dan ada sariawan di amandelny yg menyebabkan anak saya demam tinggi. Alhamdulillah setelah berobat ke dokter di klinik lain, anak saya turun pnasnya 1x minum obat.
Cukup tau lah ya, hrsny seorang dokter menjadi pejuang demi menyembuhkan pasiennya, bukannya sibuk melindungi diri sendiri yg terlalu lebay. Jika seluruh dokter seperti anda, akan bnyk pasien yg tdk sembuh krn ke egoisannya.
Semoga kita semua sehat dan selalu dlm perlindungan Allah SWT..aamiin
Initially every current, I and my family went to this clinic because the medicine was suitable, especially if the one who handled was Dr B ....
But since the pandemic, my child had a high fever and went to the charisma clinic as usual. But because of this pandemic, Dr B .... handling patients is very, very unprofessional. My child's complaint is fever, understand, this is a pandemic, pst parno, if anyone has a fever, but please become a doctor, it should be more professional. The Dr. B .... examined my child with a stethoscope that uses a 1 meter long handle. Really excessive ... no throat check, no eye check. No diagnosis whatsoever. My child is only on fever medicine, antibiotics and vitamins. I can buy drugs like that at pharmacies and don't need to see a doctor.
OK, I gave the medicine from Dr B ... to my child, but the heat didn't go down. In fact, the higher the fever. Finally in the afternoon I took my child to the doctor at another clinic, and it turned out that my child's tonsils were enlarged and there was a canker sore on the tonsils which caused my child to have a high fever. Alhamdulillah, after seeing a doctor at another clinic, my son took his national health clinic once to take medication.
You just need to know, a doctor should be a warrior in order to cure his patients, instead of being busy protecting yourself who are too excessive. If all doctors are like you, there will be many patients who will not recover because of their selfishness.
Hopefully all of us are healthy and always under the protection of Allah SWT..aamiin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenernya cocok banget disini apalagi sama dokter yang cewek eh kemarin berobat kesini dapet dokter yg lain, yampun pelayanannya jelek banget masa sama pasien teriak sih. Gak ramah! Bikin kapok tau gak!
Actually, it's really suitable here, especially with a female doctor, yesterday she was treated here and got another doctor, sorry the service is really bad when the patient screams. Not friendly! Tired of you know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru sekali ini berobat k'klinik ini,,, tp jujur kurang puas dg pelayanan'y.
Satpam'y d'tanya jawab'y jutek dan ga ramah.
Begitu jg dg dokter'y,ya sy paham ini lg pandemi tp ya masa meriksa anak sy pake stetoskop yg ada gagang panjang jd meriksa'y dr jarak jauh.
This is the first time I've been treated at this clinic, but honestly I'm not satisfied with the service.
The security guard was asked and answered, he was rude and unfriendly.
Likewise with the doctor, yes, I understand that this is a pandemic, but when I check my child, I use a stethoscope with a long handle so I can examine it remotely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mas2 pelayannya parah bgt gada ramah2nya sama sekali, masa pasien nanya ini itu dijawabnya jutek bgt, mentang2 seumuran jadi ga respect gitu?
Mas2 the waiters are really bad, they are not friendly at all, when the patient asks this, the answer is really rude, because he's the same age so you don't respect that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saran untuk dokter nya supaya lebih profesional dalam memeriksa pasien.. Tadi berobat disana, namun dokter tersebut tidak profesional dalam memeriksa pasien karena pada saat pemeriksaan menggunakan stetoskop yang cukup panjang... Saya mengerti akan hal itu karena lagi pandemi..namun saat meminta untuk melakukan pengecekan tensi, dokter tersebut malah menyuruh untuk melihat sendiri hasilnya tidak diberi tahu maksud dari hasil tensi tersebut. Hal tersebut sangat tidak profesional jika dilakukan oleh seorang dokter. Mohon untuk lebih diperhatikan lagi dari segi pelayanan dokter nya agar lebih nyaman saat berobat
Suggestions for the doctor to be more professional in examining patients.. I was treated there, but the doctor was not professional in examining patients because at the time of the examination he used a stethoscope which was quite long... I understood that because it was a pandemic..but when I asked for checking the blood pressure, the doctor even asked to see the results for yourself, he was not told what the results were. It is very unprofessional if done by a doctor. Please pay more attention in terms of the doctor's service so that it is more comfortable when taking treatment
