Di klinik ini Pasien BPJS di TOLAK untuk tindakan Suntik TB Paru, dari informasi resmi yg saya dapat, bahwa BPJS dengan faskes awal kimia Farma sudah open provider dengan klinik KF lainnya. Tp, di klinik KF pondok pinang Di TOLAK. Tidak konsisten dengan komitmen nya.

Nyesel pake faskes Klinik KF Pondok Pinang, setiap mw periksa dokternya sering gak ada dengan alasan, ada acara, izin dan lainnnya. Jam dokternya juga ga pernah sesuai, Pelayanannya more better puskesmas di banding klinik ini. Tidak ramah untuk pasien BPJS

Dokternya galak-galak. Saya 2x kunjungan terakhir ini dapat dokter yang suka nyolot (2 dokter berbeda). Terakhir kesini dokternya marah karena saya sebutin nomor BPJS dari HP. Si Bu Dokter bilang: lain kali diprint, saya ga mau kaya begini! Kamu udah cek bpjs-nya di bawah? Saya jawab: saya cek di receptionist atas sini dok (karena biasanya memang saya langsung dicek di atas diarahin langsung dari bawah). Si dokter malah marah lagi: seharusnya dicek dulu di bawah, bpjs kamu sudah dibayar apa belum! Haaahh.. kalo gw sehat mah udah gw tinggal tuh dokter ga perlu berobat. Apa mentang-mentang saya pake bpjs jadi diperlakukan demikian? Iuran bpjs makin naik, tapi pelayanannya begini.

Nyesal bikin faskes nya klinik kima farma ini, pelayanannya sangat tidak menyenangkan. Dokternya galak. Saya datang jam 7.30, langsung diarahkan untuk naik ke atas, lalu dokternya bilang "kenapa baru datang sekarang? " lalu saya balik tanya " emang jam operasional jam sampai jam brapa, dok? " Trus jawab dokternya "jam 8, tapi saya ada acara. Mau pulang cepat" "pake bpjs ya? " dengan nada dan mimik menurut saya seolah olah tidak iklas melayani pasien bpjs. Tambah lagi dikomplain karna saya menyebutkan nomor kartu melalui aplikasi jkn. Fyi, saya baru saja ganti faskes dari cengkareng ke klinik KF pondok pinang karna terdekat dengan lokasi kerja dan tempat tinggal saya sekarang, dan saya berniat ganti faskes lagi, tapi harus tunggu 3 bulan. Berniat konsultasi mengenai gigi bungsu yg tumbuh nyamping, jadi mikir-mikir lagi.

Harus saya katakan bhw kecewa sekali dtg ke klinik ini. Dokter galak dan jutek sekali, serta tdk memperhatikan privasi pasien. Padahal perempuan dan sy yakin juga seorg ibu. Cukup 1 kali dan tdk akan lagi dtg kesini. Seharusnya membaca review2 dari visitor, utk perbaikan kedepannya

Dokternya galak dan jutek, namanya juga berobat, pasti kita pengin nyampein keluhan" yang kita rasain. Dan kadang penyakitnya ngga cuma satu, kebetulan saya ada keluhan ganglion dan varises, saat saya jelasin keluhan penyakit varises saya dokternya malah memotong pembicaraan dan keliatan samekali ngga ada repect, malah bilang kaya gini Dokter : kamu kan masih muda, masa sudah kena varises,biasanya kan varises muncul setelah melahirkan Saya : kebetulan saya dulu atlet dok, jadi kemungkinan varisesnya muncul karena dulu saya sering olahraga dan ngga bener pemanasananya Dokter : ya saya ngga tau ya, iya kali. Saya ngga mau bikin surat rujukan dobel". Kalo mau ya nanti datang lagi ke sini. Sumpah sih dari situ saya mikir, ini dokter ngga ada respectnya sama sekali, padahal pasiennya lagi nyampein keluhan, se engganya hargain dan kasih masukan, kira" tindakan apa yg perlu dilakukan, atau pengobatan apa yg bisa menyembuhkan, atau di cek dulu lah. Ini tuh sama sekali, pasien lagi nyampein keluhan aja langsung dipotong. Niatnya mau ganti lokasidlokasi inhealth ditdi lain, tapi harus nunggu
